We called AllTech Services when our HVAC system stopped cooling our house. AllTech had been recommended to us by a neighborhood friend who had received their services last summer. We had to wait a few days because we specifically requested Ed, the technician who had successfully diagnosed a problem with our friend's HVAC system that several other companies missed. When Ed came, I was totally impressed. He not only took the time to diagnose the problem (leak in the coils of the air handler) correctly, but he took time to understand our entire system (where the ducts were, various lines, vents etc) so that he wouldn't miss any other potential issues. Though he did recommend a new unit based on the age of our system but also the cost of the repair, Ed was the only one of four different techs who came out to give us a repair option (all the others just wanted to sell a new unit). When I mentioned that in the process of putting in a new system, we'd love to address differential temperature issues that we had been having, Ed studied our duct work, thought about some options, and then made some detailed drawings of our current unit and the duct work so that he could share it with his boss Abe with whom he could consult about his recommendations. The next day I received estimates from Abe with high, medium, and low cost options. Abe then talked with me over the phone about the various options and even went back and forth me several times to customize one of the options further for our needs--I was concerned about height and noise of the outside unit. Ed and his assistant Gage came a few days later to install the new unit (I specifically asked to have Ed come, and Abe shared with me that they try to have the person who worked on the estimate present for the installation as well, which apparently is not true for many companies). They brought their own blankets to protect our rugs and flooring. They got right to work and worked the entire day from 9am to about 7pm with a short break for lunch (even though it was literally over 100 degrees in our attic and over 90 degrees outside). They were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are now enjoying comfortable temperatures in our house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing problems with their HVAC system. read more

I have been a customer with AllTech for almost ten years now. I was getting yearly maintenance, and recently switched to the Total Home Care package. The price is virtually the same, but the additional services provided makes the value of the package outstanding. I recently had to get my hot water heater replaced by Joe due to it lasting well beyond its lifespan. I did not want to risk having a leak. Joe completed an outstanding job, was very courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable and kind. AllTech has always been very supportive and professional as to not push at me to make repairs before I am ready. This is one of the reasons I feel so comfortable with them, and want to stick with them. I recently heard some banging shortly after using the hot water in my kitchen, and first floor bathroom sinks. To err on the side of caution, I called AllTech to have them check it out. Tony came by and performed some thorough checks to see what might be the cause of it, reassuring me that it is not due to any issues with any of my systems and that it may just be when first using the sinks after some time between use and could just be some air in the pipes making the noise. Tony checked the pressure valve for all of the water in the house noticing it is dated, but said it looks great for now. He is providing a quote for what the job would cost in the future, when needed. He completely put me at ease that everything is good, and to let them know going forward if I hear any further banging in my pipes. THANK YOU!!!! read more

I believe I fall into the majority in regards to my lack of knowledge with HVAC systems, problems, etc. In 2008 All Tech Services was referred to me as an honest company I could count on to fix a problem with my heater (my house was 50 degrees and miserable.) The technician some how found a way to stop by my house the very next day. The technician was unbelievably knowledgeable and as professional as they come. He proceeded to explain to me that all the system needed was a small part which he had in his utility van and he could have the heat fixed that day. Within about twenty minutes the Heat was fixed and running. I was expecting a ridiculous bill and was willing to pay it. The ridiculous bill never came and the fair price I paid was worth every penny. Impressed by All Tech's reputation and service I had received they were the first company I called to install a completely new system in the spring of 2010. The quote they provided me was competitive and the professionalism they provided left me with a strong peace of mind. I elected to again use All Tech for the job. The installation went off without a hitch and the team of technicians was knowledgable, professional and very polite. They showed my wife and I the complete system and explained to us exactly what to expect. These guys are incredible! read more

If you look back a few years you will see that I once gave a AllTech a glowing review. Unfortunately times have changed and their customer service has declined greatly. I have been a member of their Total Home Care program for years. As part of the program they call and schedule a fall furnace tune up, spring A/C tune up, and a water inspection. Well here we are in March and still no call to schedule a fall furnace check up. To the best of my recollection they have only scheduled on water system Schenck in the last four years. Last years spring check up happened with summer almost over. They have turned into a high pressure sales organization. One of their technicians shared with me that they are expected to try to sell you two things at each visit. They came in and put their stickers over the water company's stickers who I have used for years. I purchased an all new HVAC system from them. When I experienced an issue no one from management would call me to discuss the issue. They have grown too big and have forgot that the customer does matter. Bottom line is I would not recommend AllTech. Unfortunately they lost a lot of their outstanding employees who must not have liked the direction the company was going. My recommendation is to follow me a small family run business that cares about each customer. read more

We have used AllTech Services before with excellent results. We have been using AllTech for several years and on several occasions we called in needing plumbing services; whether it was for a water heater, a clog in the drains, to new toilets, faucet fixtures, on any plumbing problem you always get someone out ASAP. No matter who it is that shows the service gets even better than the last plumber that was sent before and the prices are always fair and reasonable. Recently we had AllTech out to replace our furnace. We received several quotes from other local companies. We decided to use AllTech because we had trust in the company. Not to mention some of these key differences 1. They showed up on time for our scheduled appointment 2. They gave us multiple options and did not try to sell us on the Ferrari 3. They Address our indoor air quality needs, my kids have major allergy issues 4. Their warranty was longer then the other quotes I received 5. They pointed out duct work issues that needed to be corrected(they were the only company that did this) 6. They were able to the installation in a timely manner As for pricing they were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. We are very happy with our new furnace and our basement is nice and toasty. read more

I have been working with AllTech Services since November 2016 when I needed my hot water heater replaced. They offered competitive pricing and quality work. I became a member of their Total Home Care maintenance package and have really appreciated the professionalism and support. As my home is over 15 years old, I had to replace my HVAC system this year (2017). I called on Friday, got an estimate on Saturday and the install was on Thursday. Despite getting several estimates, AllTech was clearly the best choice in regard to price and expertise. Jack Posey, who did the estimate, did a great job with explaining the options I had and working with me to get a competitive price. He did not try to upsell me or push add on features. Installer David Higgins and his team member arrived right on time, explained the whole process and kept me informed through out the day. David walked me through my new system and made the whole process stress free. I am extremely happy with the results thus far. After using AllTech for my last two spring inspections, I contracted them to install a new system in my condo. David and Jacob were professional and efficient, as were Kenny and Greg, who set up my water heater. Because this was my first major purchase as a homeowner, I was initially concerned about two things after the installation--frequent cycling and a smell after one of the cycles. AllTech sent Victor and Josh right away to check the system; they explained why the rapid cycling and smell would have likely occurred (a spike in outdoor temperature, and blowing dust that had burned off during the furnace's first run during the installation). The entire experience was reassuring for this relatively new homeowner. Every AllTech employee I have interacted with over the past two years has been a cut above other home service professionals I have done business with. I am a tough one. I research, make observations, take detailed notes and fire up questions when it comes to technical equipment. AllTech services especially Abe and Ed have been extremely respectful, professional and responsive to all of my inquiries, questions and complaints. We had our 40 year old original GE aux forced heat system replaced last month with a two stage Trane Heat Pump by AllTech Services. First off, Ed and his crew did a great job with installation. However, the system did not operate to match my expectations. Frustrated that I spent all my savings for something that did not improve my life I contacted AllTech Services numerous times. Upon two tune-up visits and a replacement of the thermostat (which was not causing serious issues but Abe suggested replacing it just in case) I am happy and satisfied with the product. Among all I am very happy how AllTech took this case and did every means possible to check the system and deal with my questions. I am sure they'll continue to do so in the long run. AllTech Serives is the real deal. My water heater went out and after seeing the previous reviews for AllTech I had to give them a call. They lived up to the reviews I read. The office quickly gave me a quote and confirmed they could get a tech out to me within hours. I received a confirmation email of my appointment and then received a text on my phone to let me know Tony Stango was on his way. I have never seen this kind of service and communication from any company I've used in the past. Tony was prompt and professional. I was prepared for the "up-sale" one gets used to getting but NOT from Tony and it was greatly appreciated. Tony took the time to review what he did and told me not to hesitate to call if I had any problems with the heater. He installed it exactly as quoted with no surprise "extras". Tony pulled the old heater out and installed the new one without causing any damage and cleaned up what little mess he made before he left. I called AllTech this morning to have my heat pump checked out b/c it was freezing up and not cooling the house. My call was answered professionally and the attendant answered a number of my questions. Initially he said that all appointments were booked solid for the day. He then said let me double check and I'll call you right back. Sure enough, within 5 minutes I got a call back from a young lady who said they could be at my house in about an hour. Within 30 minutes of that call I had two Technicians Ed and his helper Gene at my door driving a professional work van. I explained my problem and Ed got right to work and Gene got all the tools and materials setup. Ed was knowledgeable and confident as he diagnosed what was wrong within 15 minutes. Ed adn Gene were courteous and patient as they answered all my questions and explained what they would be doing. In less than an hour my AC was blowing cold again. I used AllTech for maintenance service on my retail business locations for many years and was so impressed with their professionalism that we decided to work with them on a home maintenance agreement. They have always been very trustworthy, thorough in their work and never once over sold us or took advantage of our aging system. After 13 years one of our HVAC units finally died. It was time to replace it. Alex and Marlon spent the better part of a very hot Saturday afternoon in a 150 degree attic installing our new unit. I am a member of AllTech's Total Home Care maintenance package. It's totally worth the money. Tony: Came to inspect our plumbing and was very professional and thorough. He was able to provide quick fixes for little issues that I didn't know how to handle. Also, Tony gave me suggestions on how to fix another problem we have that would normally cost me $250 to fix (I'll be asking for Tony's help if I can't do it!). It was nice to know that Tony and AllTech were not trying to rip me off. Tom: Came to inspect our heating systems. Tom was also very thorough and professional. He checked the heaters and filters throughout the house and offered to change them for me. He noticed that one of my heaters was making a strange noise but was still functioning correctly and to keep an eye out for it. Nothing needed to be fixed though. My experience with AllTech was good from the first when Jack in sales came to give me a detailed quote and description of the product and service--for A/C and furnace for my upstairs system. His quote for the same products as 3 other companies was the best and I felt confident about the installation process. Victor and Johnny did the installation to my complete satisfaction in one (long) day. It was all IN THE ATTIC. Ed came out soon after for a quality check and arranged for the county inspector to come immediately afterward for another check to make sure everything was according to code. After all the inspections, I felt that it was done properly! Joe, the plumber, also came later to check the furnace and pipes. I was a first time customer with AllTech Services, and was really impressed with the quality of service I received from the minute I called for an appointment to the repair estimate I received. I called Alltech to assist in identifying a mystery ceiling leak that was either related to a plumbing issue or an HVAC issue. Consequently, I requested assistance for both disciplines. The HVAC technician Ian and the plumber Jamey both arrived right on time and worked great as a team to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions. Both were extremely courteous, very proficient, and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. This is the kind of service you always hope for and it's such a relief to meet people who enjoy and are great at what they do. I had a slow drain and used other plumbers that always just snaked it with no warranty. So I tried AllTech Services and I am amazed. The customer service starts with the phone call, the young lady made me feel like a friend and not just someone with an issue. We set up an appointment and they worked with my time. The called and confirmed my appointment the day before and they also followed up with an updated time on the arrival. They showed up on time and Joe suggested I should do hydro jetting and no one offered that to me before. The price was great but what was so amazing they send another technician within that hour. Great experience from the start. We had a 25 year old HVAC system needing a replacement, Jack Posey came over the same day(Friday) I called for an estimate. He provided several options for replacing our system, Jack was very polite and knowledgeable. We decided on our best option and contacted Jack the next day to schedule installation. David and Jacob showed up the following Wednesday with the new system. Great, great, great experience. Called over the weekend in mid summer. They offered to come out that day but we chose to wait til Monday. Showed up at the EXACT time they said they would be there (that never happens anymore). We had someone give us an estimate and he was personable, polite and very straightforward. We decided not to replace the whole system and he recharged our system. They weren't pushy or rude when we decided against replacing the system.
