Ok! First off to the ladies who wrote a bad review... Show your face instead of hiding behind a generic yelp photo/ sunglasses!! Or you are probably other nail businesses hence the 1 review only trying to hurt your competition! Now for my review!!! I was going on a date with hubby to dinner and a movie Sun 10/28 & it was a surprisingly hot day so i wore a maxi dress & sandels... To my horror i looked down at my feet and realized i needed to give some attention to my feet! My usual nail place was closed so I drove around and finally came upon this ail salon!! REVIEW: - did NOT smell like horrible chemicals like acetone or anything else offensive(we are expecting) so that alone is huge!! - I was very happy that they were open on a Sunday - Was greeted warmly by all of the people working there that day - water temp was perfect ( normally it's too cold or too hot) - chairs were comfy & new - I got to check up on gossip ( they had a nice assortment of magazines) JENNY is AMAZING at pedicures!!! Here's why: - spoke english very well to me & didnt speak native language to her fellow employee like other establishments where I might think they were talking about me!! -took her time trimming , sanding, buffing my nails!! -surprised me with the HOT STONES which was amazing , i guess it comes with the scrub which is additional $5 dollars!! - I messed up one of my toes and she happily fixed it for me!! For only 25 bucks not including tip my feet got an unbelievable treat and are still very happy & soft!! I just found my new nail spot!! I laugh at the bad reviews!! Wow. I've been here a few times before and have always left happy as the people here were always friendly and a nice atmosphere. well, today was a completely different experience! no one was there when i walked in so they took me right away but nothing but an attitude as if I was a bother to them. crabby ass older lady jacked my toe to where it was bleeding and the same thing happened with the girl doing my finger nails! do not go here!! It's cheap but not worth it. The girl who did my nails burned me with the drill, and they were uneven and crooked. When I went to trendy nails the next day to get them taken off you could see little red marks on my natural nails where she went too deep with the drill. My nails were sore for weeks! I guess if you just want a reg mani or pedi this place is ok but do NOT go here for acrylics they have no idea what they are doing. read more

To begin with, I've been coming here for many years. Today I walked in being very patient and not in a rush at all. When I asked them to simply remove my current acrylic and simply polish my nails one of the ladies directed me to two other of their employees to "inspect" my nails. I had also mentioned simply having them polish my toe nails too. They spoke in their language amongst themselves giving each other dirty looks and grabbing my hand as if something was wrong with it????!!!!!. I felt very uncomfortable as if they wanted to push me to get a full manicure and pedicure on top of an additional full acrylic set in which I had no desire. Their customer service has become ridiculous and I highly recommend going elsewhere. They just lost a long lost customer and I will not be coming back!!! read more

Everyone at this shop is so nice and accomodating. I've come in at the end of the day and they'll still take me even if it means staying after 7pm. They always remember my name and do quality work. Also they're very good about keeping the shop clean and sanitary; you always see them remove their tools out of unopened, sterile bags. I love this place. They are very accommodating, pleasant, and professional. Jenny is my favorite but they are all very good. I only had one bad experience from a young man than seemed to make my cuticles worse after a manicure. I was initially upset but eventually I gave it a pass since it was just once and i simply avoid ever allowing him to do my nails (problem solved). Went in to get a fill wanted to keep the length no shape and walked out with completely different nails. first of all, all the workers there have an attitude if you bring something to their attention they automatically blame you for it. I have been wanting to visit this place because of the sign outside "mani pedi for 25 dollars" what a deal. When I walked in yesterday I noticed the overwhelming smell of bug spray. They must have a serious problem. Then I was unprofessionally escorted to my chair and treated. The gals SEEM nice but when they talk to you its forceful with an attitude. The lady loudly said "PICK A COLAH" They sat me down and because I usually only do pedicures I asked how much for just the pedicure. She said it was 20 so I decided to go ahead and do both for 25. She immediately began to say something in her native tongue and like 3 of the workers laughed. I looked around to look at their behavior to get an idea of what they were laughing at. Sure enough two of them looked at me while laughing. I was so upset. My pedicure was done by a pissed off woman. Not friendly at all in the way she talked to me, directing me to move my feet so she could work. Then, the young gal next to me was getting ready to get up and she and the person doing her nails noticed a very wet cloth on top of her purse which was on the floor. They both freaked out a little bit. When her back was turned, the woman working on me smiled at the other and then they started laughing at what had just happened. THAT IS NOT COOL!!! They hate their customers!!! Because I still believe in tips I gave the manicurist 2 and pedicurist 3. They say thank you but don't even look yo in the eye. AFTER I gave them the tip. My daughter & I have been going here since they first opened, and I have brought many friends with me as well. The owner is such a sweet lady, welcoming and well intentioned. It was a bright, clean shop. However, I'm not a happy customer overall anymore. When I walk in and I am told it will be ten minutes, and I'm still sitting there 30 minutes later - not cool! The male manicurist (I think one of the owners) is very rough and his mani/pedis do not last. When I was assigned to him one time, I declined. He was visibly irritated. And in general, the whole process takes FOREVER, at least 2 hours for a mani/pedi. I love being pampered, but that's too much time out of my day. It turns into a stress inducing situation, where I can only think about what's on my to-do list for the rest of the day. All of these things could be overlooked, but the last time I was there and got a pedi, the following week I woke up in the middle of the night with one of my toes absolutely throbbing in pain. I'm not going to get into the details of what it ended up looking like, but not pretty. The following week the big toe on the other foot, the same thing. It now appears that I will lose that toenail. I can only assume it's the sanitation practices. This is not the bright, clean shop it was when it first opened. read more

I decised to call and make an appointment for about three hours later for mani pedi. Get there greeted by the usual sweety then another girl, who when done says she doesnt have time to do a manicure, mind you i had an appointment and its 1:00 pm they close at 5. Ok first off I wasn't even going to give this place a star rating, but yelp gives me no choice. I usually go across the street to PK nails but they were closed at 5. So i figured I'd try these guys. Me and 2 of my girlfriends went in all of us needed a fill and we were told they had time for all of us. Which they did, and the girl who did my nails was very nice. I ended up get shellac done over them. They looked amazing! Well for a day but Sunday my index finger was chipped in the corner then the nail its self broke in the same area. I was pissed. Later that night the rest of the shellac had peeled off completely and by Monday the color on my middle finger completely peeled off. So just save yourself the money and go somewhere that does them right the first time. read more

This used to be my go to nail salon for a nice mani pedi at a good price. Well the word is out about this place and the wait time is ridiculous! It shouldn't take upwards of 2 hours for a mani pedi, and to have an appt before noon , to come into the place full with 4 people waiting, then asked to come back at 12? Really? I don't think so .... So if you want to wait forevere for your nails to be done whether you have an appt or not , this is your place. I'm moving on and finding a new one! read more

This place was not reasonably priced and the service was horrible. They don't listen to what you want done and then when you try to correct them they give you attitude and rush on doing your nails anyway. Not to mention the fact that they over charge you for something as basic as a fill!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Good service. It's your basic go to mani-pedi place. I've been going for over a year now and usually just do walk in. I always leave pretty happy. What you get for the price is fine. Place is clean and people are very friendly. Only draw back for me is the service charge for using debit or charge card. I always bring cash now. read more

They were so RUDE! I don't care what language you're speaking, it's still obvious when you're making fun of someone else... I'm very embarassed about my feet because I have done many workouts/yoga/etc barefoot so they're not in the best shape and I bite my nails. I was already nervous about this, and my sister insisted so I went. Once the woman saw my feet she was making very obvious comments in her language and the other women all came around to look! I was mortified! Once it was time for the lotion, the woman poured nail polish remover all over my legs because she wasn't paying attention, and I just shaved my legs that morning OWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After that I decided not to get a manicure, to avoid the ridicule (and possible pain) of my nails as well, when ALL OF THEM were asking why I wouldn't get one. I know they want the business, but they should consider that BEFORE they make fun of their customers, we're not stupid! After that some other woman came in complaining about how her nails turned out. My toenail polish started chipping that night, which tells me they put paint thinner in it to save money. Waste of time, and in my opinion an ego de-boost! DO NOT GO HERE! read more

sooo grosss!!!!! i went there for a mani and pedi. they sat me in the chair fast. that was goob but when the lady went to take off my old ploish on my feet she put this yellow kicten glove on that had old polish on, then she used the cotton to take off my ploish the whole time. like they were too cheap to grave another piece of cotton. then when she went to put lotion on my feet she put pound of it on and put these white glove on that look like she used them already on another person. and she didnt rib the lotion on. she look like she didnt even want to be there. and didnt clean any of the tools she used. they are gross and clean at all. and rude. it's a nail slaon chop shop. read more

I love this place. I was went there for the first time on Saterday as a walk in and I loved it. I was able to get a manicure for $10.00 without a tip, it was $15 with tip. What I loved most was that they took the time do my nails right! I'm a nail bitter and am trying to stop, I've been able to stop for over a month now and desided to splearge for a maicure. They did a wonderful job, my nails have never looked this good. I will admit this is not the place to go if you want to be in and out fast. I had to wait about 30-45min to be seen (they were all busy with customers and I was walk-in so I was ok with it) and then it took about 1.5 hrs from start to finish, including my dry time for my nails. What also impressed me was after they were dry my manicursit can over and cleaned up the skin, there was like on drop of nail polish that I hadn't even noticed. Also while everyone there did speak english they were a bit hard to understand....but for a killer $10 manicure I'll deal with it. Oh and fyi for those of you that want to know, a mani & pedi is $25 I believe (via the sign they have out front) and I heard the total of a full set is $20 or $25, I haven't had one done but though I'd put in the prices. read more
