Very expensive. My total was $18 per person- even for a 3 year old to skate! They charge an entrance fee, skate rental fee, and a $5 fee to use the youth walkers. They don't allow water bottles. They claim "it's against the Michigan law." What a joke. Parents are not allowed to help children unless they are also wearing skates. Overall, I would NOT recommend going here. A family of 5 was way too costly. Felt like I was being nickeled and dimed. I can see why they removed Google reviews. read more

Fun place really, I had lots of fun. Just it's overpacked on Fridays, & Saturdays. Can't find better skating places.

After paying almost $100 for my family to skate. My daughter (9) and her freind were skating for the first time. Needless to say they were having issues staying upright. A woman noticed this and handed us a cart to assist them staying up and learning. Not even 5 minutes into them using it. It was ripped away from her with no explanation what's so ever from the employee. This was not our only problem. Later on during the skate My other daughter went to request a song to skate to. A simple enough request a d was told a that will cost her a dollar. We will never be coming back to this money pit they call a skate rink and will be driving an hour in another direction to skate elsewhere. I strongly suggest you do the same. read more

I was oddly impressed with this skate rink. The staff were all on the young side which was abnormal too since I think the oldest was probably around 30 yrs old but they were all nice which was the most important. We came here on a whim since we had to get out of the house thanksgiving weekend. Initially came here for Laser tag but to find out it was only a 15 min game we opted for roller skating first. The price was very fair and the skates were in good condition so that was pleasing. The skate floor was made out of hardwood which was kinda odd since you think it would wear down easily but they had the surface heavily coated with a protectorate so it held up nicely. They had TVs on the sides of the place with ample seating area for parents. The snack bar looked ok but we didn't eat here. My son and I winced up playing a game or laser tag when we got tired of the skating (and since my son fell so many times..lol). The laser tag room was cool but the young worker stalking us the whole time to make sure we didn't run or destroy the place was kinda a buzzkill. Overall a fun place for the kids. read more

This place is very unorganized and poorly run. I'm in from out of town with my family. In an effort to find something fun for my teenagers to do, I thought lasertag was a good option. I called ahead to confirm the rules and starting time. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we were told that they don't have laser tag at 6:30. Interestingly enough, the sign over the lady telling me they didn't, said "lasertag starting at 6:30". She told me to talk to another man. He told me he didn't have a lasertag "guy". When I told him I called ahead to confirm, he shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't help me. He paid me no more attention and seemed not to care that we left frustrated. Amazing in a town so desperate for outside commerce that we were treated like this. read more

Looking to start a family tradition, we took our five month old here recently for her and our first family skate. After paying to get in and getting a locker to store our things, we laced up and hit the floor. After one loop around (in the slow lane of course!), we were told that we couldn't take our child on the floor in her stroller. We found this odd since we'd seen strollers at another skate rink recently (in Marshall near the casino). Management gave us the owners business card and we tried contacting him to clarify things....he never bothered responding to his voicemail that evening or since. We weren't even offered a refund (its not about the money...its simply good business practice in such a situation....which the business is clearly lacking). 1. There are no signs saying strollers aren't allowed (we checked again to be sure) 2. The owner is unresponsive (never a good business practice) 3. We weren't offered a refund despite being told we couldn't skate as a family (which was the reason we were there) We're taking our business to Holt and/or Marshall. Truly a shame. read more

The first thing i want to say is they are just rude. I have notice this in half or most of the employees. They have dj's that come in and play music they seem rude. If i kid does something wrong they have to go behind the stand and sit in the corner. Like really a corner come on now. This place is highly visited by 13+. That seems pretty embarrassing. Also i hope you plan on going on week days. Because on Friday-Saturday expect to spend close to 30-40 dollars. I would not recommending to go to this place. Ooo and by the way when you pay for admission. You pay for a set time. And as soon as it is over and your still there they will yell at your child for not leadin leaving do as you please but at your own risk. read more
