Luckily we were there on a Wednesday afternoon when they weren't too busy, so we could talk to the owners off and on for nearly 2.5 HOURS. We learned so much about their interesting come up, their unique adaptions to stay open through the pandemic, and all of the exciting things on the horizon for their amazing business. The husband and I went to the same elementary, middle and high school...woah. The connection was there immediately. This dude KNOWS his wine. He taught us more than we learned in the 4 weeks we've spent in Europe. He is so passionate about the wine that he makes. He has truly found his niche in life. He made it like a fun lesson in school that intrigues you and keeps you asking questions. My math-science savvy wife and him geeked out for hours. We left with a box of 4 different bottles lol.
