Tom and his crew did a big job for me installing a Heat Pump and mini split system on an old home. The installation went well, but there was a problem with the install. After six months of use they came back and didn't argue about having to do the alteration, Even though it took a couple of days to fix it and correct it. Thats the kind of service that should be applauded. They also did a great job on some repairs on my steam Boiler. An Old technology project and new one. Highly recommend. We wanted to replace our furnace and rework some ductwork in our basement. The price was right and the work was well done, EXCEPT - there were some returns that were not connected back into the system. We didn't realize it was an issue until we had some other contractors out to do other work in the basement. They pointed out the issue, at which point I reached back out to Allseasons. Within a day, they were back out and fixed the problem. And to be clear, the issue was through some miscommunication as to how the basement was going to be finished. Tom is the real deal. We hired him to check out our furnace and AC units as we had just moved and thought they might need cleaning. Tom checked everything thoroughly and explained exactly what the problems were, what needed immediate attention and what could be put off for later. We initially called All Seasons out for a cleaning after purchasing a new home. I am begrudgingly writing this review as I was very happy with All Seasons as they helped me with several HVAC issues I had over a five (5) year period. At my house I have two HVAC systems. One in the basement and one in the attic within a very small closed room. Approximately 18 months ago, my attic HVAC system stopped working and I asked All Seasons to help me replace it. They did replace the system with no problems. Well, last December (2019), I went to sell my house and once I received an offer, the buyer sent out an inspector and he found that there were several issues with the the " new" system that All Seasons had installed less than 18 months ago. There was a small gas leak from the natural gas line they hooked back up to the new system along with a consistent, small water leak from the humidifier that they were suppose to hook back up correctly. Due to this small water leak, there was some mold created along the drywall in the enclosed room. So, we asked All Seasons to come out and fix these issues less than 18 months later and they charged us approx. $450 to fix these issues. No remorse on the fact that this was their issue and they should have done the right thing here and not charged us. Secondly, it not only cost us the $450 from All Seasons, but we then had to get a mold remediation company in to solve the mold problems ($600) and a drywall company in to replace all the drywall issues ($700). Needless to say, this was a very disappointing situation for us and we will never use All Seasons again. read more
