Depending on the season the second hand section which is one of the reasons i got my membwrship in 2022. I've found such well prices discounted gear that is now a staple for recreating. Even when I've had very few hiccups which was from one online order i made. They were able to fix it. I can't recommend this place enough! It maybe pricer depending on your budget. Unbeknownst to myself, he was on the tail end of his shift, but insisted that I have the bike dialed in. He took his time to go through the motions of preparation and provide his input on certain add on items. Will most likely be back to bring the bike for service.

I came here a few days ago looking for vertical ascend gear out of caves. I was greeted by Jason and he was really helpful and knowledgeable. I needed very specific gear, and Jason was very patient with me and showed me where I could find sit harnesses, chest harness, chest ascender, hand ascende, foot loops, etc. I didn't find exactly what I needed but got a good idea on the things I need to build a personalized vertical gear set for myself. And of course, while I was looking for cave gear, I wandered around looking at all the fabulous gear they have, I was like a kid in a candy store. I could spend hours in here. I started looking at hydration packs as I need to replace mine and found a very nice military edition and will come back to purchase this soon. I also saw plenty of Petzl bags, and very tempted to purchase another. They also carry so much Petzl gear, you will be in heaven here. Also, some great hiking shoes and some sleek, but we'll performing water shoes. I then wandered into kayaks and Jason even showed me the Padillac they have! I've gotten into paddleboarding and kayaking for the summer and now want one of each! This place rents them and sells them. I then went to check out some wetsuit gear, and they have a really nice selection of wetsuits, gloves, booties, etc. I really love this place and it is definitely gonna bankrupt me, but so worth it. I was in Arizona in April to participate in a Veterans fundraising event and racquetball tournament. I flew in directly from Europe to Phoenix for those 3/4 days and needed to get two pairs of sneakers in a 12 and a 1/2 wide. Wednesday 4/9/25 - I entered the store to a thunderous and enthusiastic welcome from Abigail. She left the counter and walked up saying hello, then asked me if I was looking for anything specific. She took me to the men's section with my sizes. Unfortunately they had a limited quantity and just plain colors in that size and width. She saw me checking out 3 different styles and offered to check in the back for them. She did and reappeared empty handed but ready to locate them - anywhere!! She started calling adjacent Skechers stores while taking down my hotel name and date of departure( WOW) to see if she could get me a shipment before that day. She also tried online but we could not arrange for a delivery in the time frame I had. I did not get to purchase anything on that day but walked away feeling great about Skechers and the Amazing Abigail who went that extra 500 miles for me. This is a big and clean store. The owners are really good people and are so interesting. I love them so much!!!! They do a lot of good for Veterans and in the Phx community in general. Very charitable folks and they even have a local Podcast. The owners even pay for a lot of things out of their pocket to help the less fortunate like sponsoring huge BBQS on Veteran's Day and Fourth of July. They do a lot that most people might or probably do not know about so I will toot their horn, so to speak. As far as the shop goes, it has a large stash of military themed items. Check them out for your specialized needs in that area. Buy local and help these do gooders out, not online if you can help it.
