Great experience and good pricing. Worked well with Denise and crew. They were on time and…read moreefficient. Did a great job on my kitchen and were neat about everything. I would recommend to friends to check out Granite Expo!

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

Guess this is a first review here on yelp of this place. But the hours are inaccurate shown here…read more(and the phone number here is different than the one I called on google search) From their website; Sunday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm Saturdays - 10:00am - 3:30pm (On their google search page, it shows Sundays closed, not sure on that) Anyhow, first time being here at this location. I usually get my replacement tarps from the open air mall flea market in Galt, CA during the middle of the week. When my carport tarp ripped during the last windy and rainy week, we tried going to the open air mall recently but the vendors didn't open up a booth or weren't working (because of the rain?). I just happened to lookup this location stumbling on a google search. I almost was about to just order and pay shipping from some other website but I came across this listing and called these guys up and asked for my size which they did have. Pricing is reasonable. The policy for returns or exchanges is as long as it's unopened. Got my tarp and a couple of sets of ball ties and just set it up on my carport and it's nice. Friendly sales associates are there to help you what to find. I will come here again soon for my replacement car tarp needs.
