I really liked the portable closet they brought that made transporting nice clothes on hangers a breeze. The move was just a handful of miles -- from Berkeley to Oakland -- so the hope was to finish in the two hour minimum. We didn't quite make it, instead coming in at slightly over 2.5 hours - rounded up to 2.75. That was the only disappointment. I'll give them 4.7 or 4.8 stars.
