We were on 75 southbound mid day and our inside back tire shredded. We pulled over into the right of way and didn't know what to do. The 18 wheelers were zooming by without slowing down. The motor home was rocking back and forth. My husband was outside assessing the tires. A few moments later a road ranger appeared. He couldn't help us but suggested driving very slowly to the next exit which was two miles away. We inched along to the exit and right there in front of us was the I-75 Auto Repair business, but it was Sunday and closed. We noticed that the gate was open so my husband walked in and around to the back of the business and found a young man, Mike, detailing a car. He told him our situation and Mike called the owner of the shop, Nate. Nate came riding in on a hoverboard a few minutes later and gave permission to Mike to drive to Gainesville and pick up a tire for us. He quickly returned and jacked up the motor home and replaced the tire. Mike and Nate saved our day and changed a very scary situation into a happy ending. The total bill was only $250. If you need any car work done, please give them a try. They are fast, respectful, honest, knowledgeable and very fair pricing. I wish they were in Orlando! Thanks again to Mike and Nate. I used to (once upon a time) have AAA and waited 2 days just to have my keys retrieved from my locked vehicle, so to have someone show up to tow my jeep in 15 minutes had me completely flabbergasted! He was very professional, thoroughly took great care to make sure my vehicle was cared for and undamaged as it arrived at my mechanic's shop! From start to finish, maybe 30 minutes! That was back in January of this year I'm thinking. Yesterday, again, my transmission went out again. I've since given up on that mechanic and instead needed my vehicle to be towed all the way to South Ocala to AAMCO. They at first gave me a pickup time of almost an hour-two hours. It was in the middle of the hottest part of the day! I was DYING slowly from the heat with no relief in sight when suddenly, it popped up on my live tracking that someone had been dispatched already! I was in Hawthorne and within 30 minutes, the tow truck arrived and had my jeep ready to go! In another hour, he had it safely at AAMCO, after dropping myself and a few belonging from my jeep at my job. This company is just so fast and arrives so quickly! After Allstate covered the initial 15 miles, it only cost $120 for the rest of the long trip to South Ocala! I was shocked at how reasonable that was. It's an almost 40 mile trip one way! And they drove all the way from Gainesville to pick me up. That in itself is a 20-30 mile trip. I cannot extoll the virtues of this company enough. Fast, reliable, professional and courteous. Now add reasonable to that long list of accomplishments and you've got Gatorback Towing. I'll use them everytime!

Thought perhaps it needed a condenser and evaporator, but was blowing cold...just not really blowing at all. Figured out all that was needed was the fan & motor (all one piece). Eric ordered that from the local dealership, sent back the other parts (Which for once, I didn't have to pay for!) and just installed it today within 5-10 minutes and it all cost less than $400, labor and parts, three visits and everything all buttoned up.
