We hired this company to fix the hydraulic system on our RV for us. They found the problem quickly, actually knew what the issue most likely was from the start. They ordered the parts for us and as soon as the parts came in, they had the RV ready the next day for us. The knowledge of the people you will work with will impress you. Their communication is on point, the moment they find something out they will tell you right away. Given all of the work, time, and effort that went into fixing our (very messy) hydraulic system -- the pricing was extremely fair. We could not thank this company enough for doing the best job to help us get back into the RV! To all the staff -- you guys are great. Thank you for everything!!

If you are looking for expert automotive repair and services, in the Gainesville/Alachua County…read morearea, I highly recommend Loren and Shelia Green at Advance Auto Repair. Shelia greets you like family, she has a welcoming and inviting smile, friendly personality and provides exemplary customer service. Loren is extremely knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, honest, his prices are reasonable and competitive. I have a 2001 BMW 740iL that I am very fond of, Loren has been repairing it for the last twenty (20) years. He even came up with a name for it.... bulletproof. I truly believe if I had been taking my car to another mechanic I would've been told it is beyond repair and should be junked. Among other numerous issues, the car had a leak around the windshield, whenever there was heavy rain, water would pour in on both the driver and passenger side. Thinking it was beyond repair I let it sit for more than six (6) months. Loren also provides maintenance on my 750LI. One day when picking up the 750 I mentioned the issues with the 740, he suggested I bring it in. I was embarrassed because of the mold and mildew that had accumulated over the entire interior of the car. It was terrible like something from a horror movie. An enormous task and after having to dismantle the sunroof, surrounding mold and trim he found where the leak was coming from. Delivering exceptional customer service, he sent me a video of the leak and explained the process to fix it. I want to insert the video, but I don't know how When I picked my car up it did not look the same. He had it detailed inside and out, the mold and mildew was completely gone. Absolutely, I will not take my car to another repair shop or mechanic. The best in town, Advance Auto Repair.

They were able to get me connected with Gainesville Towing Service to service me. Thankfully with AAA it does give a bit of a discount for a new battery and received a good quote. The company quoted me a wait time of 20 minutes or so as it was 5pm traffic time. The driver was in communication with me as it took longer than 20 minutes. About 40 minutes later, my driver arrived and apologized for the wait and did explain he was on the driver available and was coming from the opposite side of town. He did his diagnostic test and confirmed my battery was pretty much on its way out. The service in total took about 15 minutes and was seamless. I do appreciate his professionalism in spite of AAA's miscommunication via text service about the wait time.
