I was sent to Alliance HVAC through my home warranty company because our evaporator coil was leaking water. They sent Miguel out and he walked through our home without a mask during this pandemic, didn't carry any tools with him, looked at our condenser for 1 minute, opened and closed the ac unit pretending to check it, barely checked the air flow in one bathroom and ignored all the other rooms in the house.
He was about to leave after being here for less than 4 min. I noticed he didn't check the evaporator coil and I showed him the water stains and rust from the leaking evaporator coil and told him that was the main issue and why I called him out and he said that no everything is fine and he knows 'a lot' about AC's. I asked him to take a further look at the coil and he said he no to my face and left. I don't understand what we paid him to come out and do? He didn't mention anything about the condition of the AC unit itself, didn't even look at our leaking evaporator coil, didn't check the refrigerant levels, and didn't inspect the air flow and temperature in all the rooms.
I was shocked with the disrespect and lack of recommendations for my AC unit in 95 degree weather. I saw other reviews here are from other dissatisfied customers with similar experiences from dealing with the technician Miguel, to the office manager Stacy, to the owner Yuri.
Miguel, Stacy, and Yuri if you are reading this, can you please spend less time talking down on your customers and scamming customers and please spend more time fixing AC's and improving your customer service? Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. read more
