I have tried several emails and it has been a month now. Ruined my cabinets but leaning doors on them. The abatement crew didn't even suit up. It was suppose to have asbestos, so made me second guess if there was. Between them leaving a mess. Carpet still has black soot everywhere, items are still outside that they "contained" never told what to do. Didn't clean up, left pipe debris on the street, never returned calls, and Sara said she would help, and never did. I wouldn't recommend them at all. You should see the mess they left behind. I was referred to this business as part of a larger project for a single family home. We needed to remove asbestos from the attic and ventilation. The whole process was problematic. They sent 2 workers who were not fluent in English, so I had to communicate with their supervisor over the phone. They miscommunicated their schedule, so their arrival conflicted with other work in the same area of the home. The asbestos removal seemed rushed and attic material remained on the floor, which we vacuumed ourselves after they "finished" and left. Worst of all, they damaged a utility closet door frame. I discovered this after they left and reported the damage to the main office via email, which they never followed up on. At the very least, the asbestos removal passed inspection from the main contractor and city. read more

Get this, they stored all of it outside on our neighbors driveway for two months never telling us. We found the property outside damaged and moldy. I had a pretty substantial job to do -- complete "gutting" of my entire home, down to the studs, for asbestos abatement. It was my first time doing this so I had no idea what to expect and I had tons of questions. Lavi Cohen and his team walked me through it patiently and thoroughly, and I especially like Lavi's prior experience as a contractor because he could help me understand how things fit into the bigger picture given I am doing a full remodel of the house following this abatement. Long story short, Lavi and his team absolutely exceeded my expectations. The abatement is now done, and it almost looks like a brand new construction because it's just the studs and wood beams -- and Lavi and team made it look absolutely sparkling. My wife actually said half-jokingly that it looks so clean and nice like this, we should just keep the house like this ! Anyway I am seriously impressed with how they removed EVERYTHING we asked: all the drywall everywhere in the house including walls and ceilings, every appliance in the kitchen including fridge and stove and oven plus microwave and dishwasher etc, totally removed the cabinetry as requested, totally cleared out the bathrooms , removed all of the flooring in the ENTIRE house (all 3 levels), and delivered a pristine, clean house that the general contractor and HVAC crew can now go to work on for the full remodel. Lavi and team were fast, efficient, and great communicators -- Lavi even was in touch with me during his scheduled vacation, AND he coordinated with my general contractor during this time as well to make sure the project was going forward as planned. Anyway, this was a scary thing for me since it was my first time, but after seeing the work done by Lavi and his team, I am actually excited to be able to work with them again because of how absolutely spotless my home was after Lavi and team got done. Oh, and when they were done, I got the most sophisticated air clearance testing done (the same level of testing used for schools, the very highest level of scientific testing), and there was not even 1 fiber of asbestos found in the house. Which is impressive given that the entire walls and ceilings previously had asbestos in them. My brother had an asbestos ceiling repair done by this company , we had a team ready to do it ourselves , but his H.O.A demanded we go through a company of there choice. The results ended being a great job on the removal but so much damage and unfinished work , someone used the wrong tape around the perimeter which caused severe damage to the paint , there's water damage on every wall . After numerous attempts to contact was just told well u signed the contract . I attached a video of some damage and this is after we started repairs ourselfs. You get what you pay for. Alliance in the SF Bay Area caused property damage, didn't finish the job in its entirety (see photo examples) and claimed they did work they didn't (encapsulation). They offered no resolution or apology after repeated attempts to amicably resolve. I can't recommend them to anyone unless you're willing to accept bottom of the barrel performance of "professional" services. read more

Alliance just completed an asbestos removal project in our basement room. They did a great job that our independent tester confirmed is now clear of asbestos from the old ACM floor tile and mastic. Their contract fees were very reasonable with no apparent compromise of the quality of work. There are a number of asbestos removal companies, but only a limited number that will do a smaller residential job like ours, so I was happy to find Alliance. Our estimator Sal was very professional, explaining the process, and answering my questions along the way. I knocked them down one star only because their administrative process is a bit shaky--e.g., response times sometimes were slow, so that I had to make repeated contacts. OTOH, they have been great supplying documentation of their work, so that I'll have it if/when we sell our house and need to disclose the ACM and clean-up. Recommended. read more
