New baseboards look even better than the originals.

My husband and I reached out to Dansel Restoration in early January to investigate what looked like a mold issue forming around our doors and windows. They were extremely professional, helpful, and compassionate. Danny came by immediately to assess the situation. He made very reasonable recommendations and didn't try to sell unnecessary services. He was very transparent about the costs and offered a very competitive price. Since I was experiencing allergy symptoms, my husband and I opted to have two mold tests performed--one swab from a baseboard (pictured in one of the "before" photos) and an air sample. The test results indicated the mold problem was mild and provided peace of mind while we waited for our HOA to approve our application to replace the old doors and window. We consulted Danny over several phone calls regarding pricing and the details of the process. He patiently answered our questions and even took the time to share some photos over FaceTime to better illustrate the mold remediation process. Once the replacement doors and windows arrived, the remediation and subsequent door and window retrofit began immediately. Their foreman, Greg, was always available for additional questions and was very good about providing daily updates as to the progress of the remediation & retrofit. During this time, Dansel's team worked very efficiently and made sure their workspaces were clean at the end of each work day. They took extra care to repair all the areas that were impacted from the mold remediation efforts and the doors window install with fine detail. The paint match, the drywall, the baseboards--it all looks amazing. You can't even tell repair work was done and it looks even better than it did before. We can't recommend Dansel Restoration enough.

I am a repeat customer of FloodDry and have had two great experiences - first in November 2025 and…read moresecond in June 2026. In November 2025, a faucet in an upstairs laundry room was left running (by yours truly, my bad), resulting in a flood in the laundry room that ran through the floor and into the ceiling and walls of the dining room located below the laundry room. FloodDry visited within hours of my call, gave a fair quote, and started the next day. They isolated the rooms with plastic sheeting, put protective paper lining on the floors, and then removed the wet drywall and baseboards in the laundry room and the wet drywall in the ceiling and walls of the dining room. They used their sensors and experience to identify what was wet and how much drywall to remove. Then, they deployed fans and dryers to fully dry the wet walls and rooms. Three days later, both rooms were completely dry. They then removed all of the plastic sheeting and floor paper and swept and vacuumed until the rooms were spic and span clean. Terrific job all around - done professionally and for a fair price. In June 2026, we noticed some strange discoloration and water stains in the ceiling of a downstairs room located below an upstairs bathroom. First call I made was to FloodDry. By 5PM the same day, I had a quote and the next day work started. The FloodDry team - the same two fellows who had done the work in November 2025 - removed the ceiling in the downstairs room. Worst nightmare: It was a leaking toilet in the upstairs bathroom and the discoloration was mildew (and a lot worse stuff) that had deposited on the ceiling of the downstairs room. FloodDry's first task was to fully remove all of the affected ceiling drywall and crown molding and clean the affected ceiling areas. Then, FloodDry referred me to plumbers, who arrived on short notice and fixed the toilet leak by installing a new toilet mounting plate in the upstairs bathroom and installing new sewage lines below the toilet in the ceiling of the downstairs room. Once the plumbing work was done, the FloodDry team returned and re-cleaned the affected areas in the ceiling of the downstairs room. Next, they installed fans and dryers in the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs room to completely dry the affected areas. They checked the progress over the next few days and by day four everything was dry. Again, FloodDry did a great job cleaning the two rooms once the drying was complete. Finally, FloodDry referred me to a drywall contractor, who replaced the ceiling in the downstairs room. Again, terrific work all around - done professionally and for a fair price.

I've never had to use a Water Restoration service before so I browsed trusty Yelp and reached out to Fire & Water Damage. Glad fellow Yelp friend Karen W gave a glowing review! They seem to answer calls 24/7 and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Mike was main point of contact and gave us an estimate and scope of work. Basically, they had to tear out the drywall and insulation from the wet area, dry and dehumidify the area for days, and then put on moon suits and remove any mold. We were able to have 2 techs come on a Friday and then let the dehumidifier run over the weekend. We also had to tear out our upper cabinet since the top was damaged by water. On Monday, they came back to remove any leftover mode and patch things up. The total price came in well below the estimate, which is a huge plus. Very happy with the service and efficiency. If you ever suspect you have water damage from leaks, call these guys and get the problem resolved to ensure mold doesn't form or worst, spread. Note that their services are purely restorative - they'll dry out the water-damaged area and get rid of all the mold. You'll need to hire a plumber first to stop the leaks and then afterwards, a drywall contractor to patch up the holes with insulation and new drywall followed by texturing and painting.

Arriving late in the evening they worked for hours on the water remediation job that included pulling off molding/floor boards and setting up fans/dehumidifiers. Despite the scope of the remediation growing, Camilo and Sophia showed their experience by staying calm and just working through the issues. Their professional demeanor and calm made you feel they were taking care of everything and things would turn out ok. The team provides an invaluable service in times of crisis. Bottom line, they will take care of you.

After my insurance company caused complications that led to First Call terminating the job which I understood, I received an invoice in May of last year. I paid that balance in full with two separate checks within two weeks. I have the receipts, the copies of the checks, and the bank statements showing exactly when First Call cashed them. After a full year of zero communication, I woke up today to a voicemail and email threatening to send me to collections within 48 hours. They claimed they had been "trying to reach me" for 12 months, which is untrue. I checked my call logs and my email history; there was absolutely nothing. When I called and provided my proof of payment and the exact dates they cashed my checks, they admitted the "error" was simply because someone forgot to check a box in their system. It is incredibly stressful and offensive to have your credit threatened because a company can't be bothered to check their own bank deposits before sending out threats. As a veteran, I live by a standard of integrity and doing your due diligence. Relying on a "checked box" as the Bible instead of doing actual research is lazy and unprofessional. Do better, not just for your customers, but for the reputation of the guys out there doing the actual work.
