Water Damage Solution was top notch in every possible way! The quality is stellar, they were highly communicative and super responsive and professional and timely and did a really wonderful job. We are so grateful for working with them. They really helped us with our project and we're super pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to everyone. I was so glad that they were the contractor that worked to fix water damage in our condo and project overall. Our bathrooms, common room, and garage and bedroom all look really amazing because of the high quality work they did. read more

Karol was knowledgeable and upfront about the severity of my water damage. He did not pressure me or exaggerate.

Karol and his team provided the best service supporting our 2nd leak. I wish we had found his company for the 1st leak we experienced the prior year. I didn't have to worry about anything except finding a hotel during the time we couldn't be in our home. Very commutative and thorough. I highly recommend them! read more

There's some spores in this house There's some spores in this house There's some spores in this house There's some spores in this house I said, certified wheeze. Seven days a week. Wet ass closets make my clothes moldy and wreak. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah we dealing with some wet ass closets Get a bucket and a mop For these wet ass closets. Gotta get on top of these wet ass closets. Dial em up to assess the charge, this mold problem is extra large. If I was the owner of this place I'd hand WDS my credit card. Right on the dot, arrived on time assessed the closets, the whole inside. Looked us both straight in our eyes unless it's fixed, this place is a dive. Owners got the quote, like they surprised I think they knew, they full of lies. I want them to park that remediation truck Right in our moldy garage :: beep :: They turned them down, I could scream. Very quick visit- had a rather serious but slow leak in the bathroom for an indeterminate amount of time, and Karol told me very honestly that simply drying out the damaged area was not enough, and that I would be better served with simply gutting out the area and redoing it. I was very glad to hear his honest opinion about this. Even though it's not the opinion I wanted to hear, it was the right one. read more

I ended up working with another company BUT this company truly deserves a GREAT review. Response time was impeccable! They inspected on time. Communication was clear and consistent. Professionalism is superb. I got my estimate literally in less than an hour with detailed information. The technician was VERY nice. And this is very important especially for companies that provide free inspection as this is the initial or possibly the ONLY contact with the decision-maker (the customer). Thank you for the excellent customer service! read more

I love to give reviews to to companies that honestly tell you when you don't need their service. Had leaking basement sump that destroyed our pergo floor and bottom 12" of a good chunk of sheetrock. I was able to isolate the leak, move out furniture, rip up the floor and open up the walls myself over the weekend before help could arrive on Monday. Karol surveyed the scene, took moisture measurements and let me know that there wasn't a whole lot more they could do. He gave me a few pointers on how I should proceed. Big boost of confidence when one was needed. Big Thanks! read more

Mold remediation. Very professional. HONEST. Saved me thousands on work I did not need. Karol skuza. Rare to find this level of honesty and professionalism in the field. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more

Can't say enough about the quality of service. Irek was our main person we worked with and he was very friendly, communicative, thorough and genuinely wanted to do a good job and not cut any corners. We had him remove some dry wall and do some moisture removal due to a leak that crept into our bedroom floors. After the fans and other machines did the job, he and his partner installed new dry wall, and repaint the walls. The quality of work to repair and repaint was top notch, better than some contractors I've worked with. Probably the best experience I've ever had with a contractor/service team. read more

This is the best company. They have the best, and modern equipments to solve problems the fastest and best way. We had a bad case of mold problem, first hired a BBB accredited+Diamond certified abatement company in emergency, it was a total failure and the mold just got worse. We paid them and cancelled the contract. Got Karol here and the actions started right away, what a day and night difference! Karol is very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He truly cares about his customers, and that's what we need in this very specialized field. Hire him and you can sleep well at night. Can't thank him enough. Thank you so much, Karol. read more

Karol and his crew are extremely professional and answered any and all questions (and we had plenty of questions). They were always on time (even a little earlier), they were very respectful by cleaning after themselves and making sure everything was clean after their job was complete. Would highly recommend (definitely) Karol and his team for any job that you may need. On a scale of 1-10, they are definitely a 15+. Extremely honest and fair pricing. They are the BEST!!! read more

I don't leave many reviews but WDS deserve one. Karol and his team at WDS were super responsive, efficient and provided great service at a reasonable price. We had some water damage in our unit and some mold build up. We contacted multiple companies and they all were charging $250-300 inspection fee and were not available for a few days. WDS were on site and did a free inspection same day and got started on the work immediately after providing a reasonable estimate. They completed the job of mold remediation and dry wall repair in 4 days. They even provide a 12-month guarantee of their remediation work. When we had the unit tested for mold through surface and air sampling by a 3rd party, the results were all good. Throughout this stressful time, Karol and his team were professional and super responsive. I would recommend WDS 100%. read more

I cannot recommend Karol and his team enough. Our home suffered multiple floods from other condos during the year and we had several mitigation companies dry out our place (none of them compare to how good these guys are), but the most recent flood was caused by a subcontractor fixing our unit (broke a fire sprinkler) and Karol's team was on the job. WOW they did fantastic. They were careful, fast and considerate. They had the latest technology equipment and were very courteous. They showed up within an hour of being called and had a building worth of equipment with them. Literally hundreds of drying machines to help dry out my home & the building too from major water flooding. I cannot recommend these guys enough. read more

Karol and team did an awesome job fixing my home from a drain leaked. Glad to have him come as fast as he did to stop the leaked and worst, keep mole from developing. Hope I don't run into any more leaks, but glad to know I have Karol's phone number. read more

I rent, and the landlord's refrigerator leaked through and under the hardwood floors, walls, and under the kitchen cabinets. Johnathan was out shortly after I called and talked through the process and what could happen. He was calm and didn't over exaggerate the issue. Which is why my landlords ultimately chose him as he was willing to go in steps where the company they called had a plan to rip out the entire kitchen, floors and adjoining walls. Johnathan remained in contact with myself and my landlords throughout the entire process. He checked in with me often to make sure we weren't going crazy with the noise from the all the drying equipment too. read more

I found Water Damage Solution on yelp and would recommend them to anyone for mold remediation. I contacted several other companies and they by far were the most professional. By the time some of the others got back to me, Jonathan had already made a site visit, provided an estimate and set a start date. They were always reachable and very patient teaching me about mold problems and how they are fixed. A third party did mold testing at the end and it passed with flying colors! I loved them and recommend them to anybody and everybody read more

Jonathan and his team were professional, courteous and effective. They worked with me to get me to a good price and then did a great job remediating our water damage. Some details. The team was punctual and responsive which I am extremely thankful for given the unfortunate circumstances. When we discovered that the cause of the damage was not what we initially thought, Jonathan followed up quickly and made adjustments without requiring reschedule. The team was also fast, they came in, did their work and got out in just a few hours. The cherry on top was that they even offered to send out a courtesy check after the job was done just to ensure that things were okay. I highly recommend Water Damage Solution. Solid team and great service. read more

Our family room flooded and we needed fast help. Of the 3 places I called, the only one that followed up within an hour was Water Damage Solution. Irek and his partner arrived within two hours of my call and immediately handled the situation. They explained what they would do and provided a prompt estimate. Irek returned for the next two days to check on things and then cleaned up when the job was deemed dry. I would not hesitate to call them again. read more

I usually don't leave reviews unless I feel some type of way... I recently purchased my new home, with that there were some massive mold problems that needed to be taken care of. You can smell it as you walk in. Not safe for our new born neither! I had put out a request with several business. Water Damaged solutions reached out to me within minutes! I spoke to Jonathan within a day he had his tech come out for a quote. We had mold in two different areas of our home. They took pictures and walked me through the next steps. My husband and I was very relieved. Within the next 5 days our mold problems were taken care of. I loved the fact that the team was easy to comunicate with, not only that they keep me informed through out the whole process. I highly recommend their service! Thanks again Jonathan for your great customer service!! And your friendly team! Hopefully we won't have to call you guys again in the future, but if we do it will definitely with a heart beat! read more

This company did a good job with remediation in a crawl space of mine. They have good communication and put in full effort to mitigate all issues, even if it means coming back another trip. Karol and his team are responsive and knowledgeable, and really take the time to explain what is needed and why. Dealing with water damage can be daunting, but Karol makes you feel confident that everything is being handled correctly, and walks you through the whole process start to finish, patiently answering all questions. He has even helped me navigate insurance, which I think is truly above and beyond. It is not surprising to me that I see so many other positive reviews, I can't say enough about this business. Eric and Johnny with Water Damage Solution (WDS) did a great job putting our home back together after a minor flood damaged the lower level of our home (laundry room, bathroom and family room). They took great care doing the work and cleaned up after themselves better than most of the other contractors we have hired in the last 40 years. Eric was very polite and anwered all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Water Damage Solution was referred to me by my plumber after I had an extensive amount of water damage due to my water heater breaking down. I went online and on yelp to search for a water restoration company even though my plumber had already referred me to Water Damage Solution, I just wanted to compare quotes. I had called two other restoration companies out and although they had really good reviews I was shocked to find out that they were not licensed or were using someone else's license to perform work. This raised a lot of red flags and I did not feel comfortable with those companies. I decided to give Water Damage Solution a call to see how they would help. Jonathan was quick to take the call and come out the same day to provide an inspection. Jonathan was very professional, humble and transparent; he did not hesitate to show me his contractors license or any other documents that I would request to ensure my house was being taken care of by a true professional. Jonathan made me feel at ease and he was able to help me file a claim and guided me throughout the entire process. I can not thank Jonathan and his friendly team enough for the great service. Be aware of unlicensed restoration companies. I hope to never have another water damage issue but if I do I will not hesitate to call Water Damage Solution! read more

First review? fantastic! I was first introduced to water damage solution through Skuza construction which i've used previously for a fire damage restoration project in santa clara for a property I manage. Karol was absolutely great to work with and helped advise me on every step of the way and made sure to install quality materials and produced a great end result. He's very responsive and has great customer service. He knows his craft very well. Years later i found out his company branched out to work with remediation! I had a house i manage which flooded due to the water sprinkler line. The remediation company left a lot of the walls wet, and didn't do a very thorough job so I asked Karol and Jonathan to take a look and they came by the very next day. Long story short I owe them a huge thank you for giving me some honest feedback and information about remediation standards which ended up having the insurance company covering a lot more of the damage cost. A week later i had a mold issue in another apartment from a leaky window which tested postive for mold spores in the air. Jonathan came by the same day and treated everything and gave me a great and fair price to have the place properly treated by dehumidifier, antimicrobial, and air scrubbing. They have all the best equipment and set up everything so professionally. I think Jonathan has been in the industry for quite some time. He's always calm and great talking to tenants. I trust them with all of my remediation and remodeling and suggest you do too! read more

I noticed what I thought might have been mold. Sent a picture out to a couple different businesses late evening and Water Damage Solutions was one of the first to reply. They informed me they could have someone come take a look at first thing in the morning. Fernando was on time and did an awesome job from start to finish. The damage ended up being a lot worse than we anticipated but he got the job done in a quick and timely manner. I told him we have an infant and he made sure to keep the area extra concealed. Fingers crossed we'll never have mold again but should we ever, I would call WDS in a heartbeat. Thanks Fernando and team! read more

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They came to our rental property approximately 2 weeks ago to investigate possible mold in one of the units. The technician Irik came, took pictures, went under the house, pulled the carpet back and determined there was no evidence of mold. Great news, right?!!...Great news but we've tried since they came out to get their findings documented. Simple: no mold was found, so put it on your letterhead and provide us a copy of the report! We've been lied to by at least 3 different people that they'll take care of it and email the report to us. We even stated, if there's a fee for the report we're willing to pay. Well, to date, we're still waiting. Chris has promised me twice that he personally would make this a priority and get the report completed and emailed. Last promise was made 2 days ago and still nothing. I've given various people our email address numerous times, but there's always an excuse, ie...our computers were down; I'm not at the office now, but will take care of it as soon as I get there. They've wasted so much of our precious time and has caused a major delay in a financial transaction we're conducting, which hinges on us having this report. If they couldn't deliver the report, just say so and we could move on to a reputable company that can deliver. One thing I look for in a company is honesty and this company was anything but honest! I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE...dishonest, unreliable, shady and very questionable business ethics. I would've given them 0 stars if that was an option. They SUCK! read more

I normally don't do reviews, but this one I should do - letting those who in search know that there is solution - and is a GOOD One out there! My condo unit (on 2nd floor) had inside-wall shower pipe leak. The damage went down to 1st floor unit's bathroom ceiling and wall. Having water leak and construction damage are stressful already. The majority damages are on the 1st floor unit that's not mine and is occupied by tenants, plus dealing with HOA. Long story short! I'm glad I talked to Jonathan. He is very professional and responsive. He treats his client's issue as his own with sense of urgency. He was able to make a site visit the next day after we talked and gave me an estimate end of that day. Jonathan is very thorough and transparent! He called me and updated me during the mold clean up, gave me suggestions and explained each options thoroughly. He helped me out every step of the way and guide me to the post clearance process. He and his team did a great job! I wish there are more stars up there for rating - Jonathan and his crew definitely deserve more than 5 STARS! Thank you Water Damage Solution! Thank you Jonathan! read more
