I love to give reviews to to companies that honestly tell you when you don't need their service. Had leaking basement sump that destroyed our pergo floor and bottom 12" of a good chunk of sheetrock. I was able to isolate the leak, move out furniture, rip up the floor and open up the walls myself over the weekend before help could arrive on Monday. We had him remove some dry wall and do some moisture removal due to a leak that crept into our bedroom floors. After the fans and other machines did the job, he and his partner installed new dry wall, and repaint the walls. I don't leave many reviews but WDS deserve one. Karol and his team at WDS were super responsive, efficient and provided great service at a reasonable price. We had some water damage in our unit and some mold build up. We contacted multiple companies and they all were charging $250-300 inspection fee and were not available for a few days. WDS were on site and did a free inspection same day and got started on the work immediately after providing a reasonable estimate. They completed the job of mold remediation and dry wall repair in 4 days. They even provide a 12-month guarantee of their remediation work. When we had the unit tested for mold through surface and air sampling by a 3rd party, the results were all good. Our home suffered multiple floods from other condos during the year and we had several mitigation companies dry out our place (none of them compare to how good these guys are), but the most recent flood was caused by a subcontractor fixing our unit (broke a fire sprinkler) and Karol's team was on the job. I was first introduced to water damage solution through Skuza construction which i've used previously for a fire damage restoration project in santa clara for a property I manage. Karol was absolutely great to work with and helped advise me on every step of the way and made sure to install quality materials and produced a great end result. He's very responsive and has great customer service. He knows his craft very well. Years later i found out his company branched out to work with remediation! I had a house i manage which flooded due to the water sprinkler line. The remediation company left a lot of the walls wet, and didn't do a very thorough job so I asked Karol and Jonathan to take a look and they came by the very next day. Long story short I owe them a huge thank you for giving me some honest feedback and information about remediation standards which ended up having the insurance company covering a lot more of the damage cost. A week later i had a mold issue in another apartment from a leaky window which tested postive for mold spores in the air. Jonathan came by the same day and treated everything and gave me a great and fair price to have the place properly treated by dehumidifier, antimicrobial, and air scrubbing. TERRIBLE COMPANY!! RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They came to our rental property approximately 2 weeks ago to investigate possible mold in one of the units. The technician Irik came, took pictures, went under the house, pulled the carpet back and determined there was no evidence of mold. Great news, right?!!...Great news but we've tried since they came out to get their findings documented. Simple: no mold was found, so put it on your letterhead and provide us a copy of the report! We've been lied to by at least 3 different people that they'll take care of it and email the report to us. We even stated, if there's a fee for the report we're willing to pay. Well, to date, we're still waiting. Chris has promised me twice that he personally would make this a priority and get the report completed and emailed. Last promise was made 2 days ago and still nothing. I've given various people our email address numerous times, but there's always an excuse, ie...our computers were down; I'm not at the office now, but will take care of it as soon as I get there. They've wasted so much of our precious time and has caused a major delay in a financial transaction we're conducting, which hinges on us having this report. If they couldn't deliver the report, just say so and we could move on to a reputable company that can deliver. One thing I look for in a company is honesty and this company was anything but honest! I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE...dishonest, unreliable, shady and very questionable business ethics. I would've given them 0 stars if that was an option. They SUCK! read more

I normally don't do reviews, but this one I should do - letting those who in search know that there is solution - and is a GOOD One out there! My condo unit (on 2nd floor) had inside-wall shower pipe leak. The damage went down to 1st floor unit's bathroom ceiling and wall. Having water leak and construction damage are stressful already.
