We had three restroom doors installed by this company. The first two came out great, but the third, they did not install what we had ordered and paid for. The glass panels to our master bedroom restroom were supposed to have a channel. They did not install. We called, and they returned but installed some sort of metal strips around the glass but not the channel the glass was supposed to sit on. The strips of metal were not even installed properly. Very bad work just to try and fix the problem they created. They said that is what we had ordered. They tried to pull a fast one over us. Very dishonest. I finally spoke to Jen, who sent out the crew two weeks later they removed the glass panels and installed the channel. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

We had our beautiful brand new shower doors installed by Allglass today. Allglass had installed our previous slider shower doors about 15 years ago and it was time for an upgrade. We opted for swinging doors because we didn't want a track on the side of the tub again. The carved glass is incredibly beautiful. We also got their special coating that keeps the glass clean and looking new. Our old shower doors had been coated as well, and they looked as good after 15 years as they had when they were new. The owner, Martha, was very thorough in her measurements and explanation of the shower glass installation process. Everything about the installation was perfect from Martha's visit to the glass installers. A few years ago, another glass company installed the glass in another shower in my home. Unbelievable! We needed a shower door installed in 3 days. We were told by everyone else this is impossible and could not happen. I came across Allglass Bath and gave them a call. We are updating our master bathroom and wanted to get quotes on a new seamless shower door. They responded within minutes and I was able to send pictures of my existing shower holding up a tape measure to give measurements. With that I was able to get a quick estimate. Shortly thereafter Martha came out to measure and our door was installed soon after. Kelly who works in the office was very easy to talk to and well as Martha. The shower glass channel and the vinyl stripping needed replacing after 12 years of use. The only reason the channel needed replacing was because the tile cleaner chemicals caused the metal to deteriorate. Crew came out with face masks on and put down drop cloths to protect the carpet.
