I've been going to visit Dr. Allen for about three years now. In most cases, I just visit for the occasional tune-up on my back. Each time it is a great experience with friendly staff, on time appointments, and the ability to get in quickly for an emergency. Love, love, love, Dr. Allen and staff. read more

This place is great. After having a horrible experience somewhere else, this place was referred to me, and rightly done so. I immediately felt an improvement in my lower back after the 1st visit. The place is relaxing and pleasant to be in. The staff are the 2nd best thing to back relief, and the Dr. is great. Highly recommend this place. They actually care to fix the issue, rather than go after your wallet, which cant be said about other chiropractic officer. read more

5 or 6 Years ago I got whiplash from training in Martial arts. The Chiropractor that I used to see would fix my neck in a couple visits I would have a couple weeks off and then back to training. Well it would be 6 days before I could see my normal guy and I couldn't deal with the pain that long so I looked on my insurance website found the one close to my job and called. They got me in the first day. Dr. Allen came in checked me out fixed my neck in about 5 min and told me to have a nice day. I said "what do I do now?" He said if you mess it up again training come back. I trained the next day. I have not been to another Chiropractor since that day. I referred almost the entire Animation studio I worked at. 2 and a half years ago my motorcycle was totaled on the 5 freeway and I got to fly through the air and bounce off a car. Went to Dr. Allen for a a little bit and have been riding since. Broke big toe training in Martial arts. Never heeled correctly and had nerve damage . foot Dr. wanted to do surgery. Dr. Allen asked if he could try cold laser. Never had to get cut open. I am truly blessed to have met him and his Amazing staff. Thank you so much for all that you guys do. Chuck read more

I decided to visit Dr. Khachatourian when I realized that the pain I was getting when I turned my neck was not due to a pulled/strained muscle. I was able to get an appointment in two days and 5 days and 2 more visits later, I was 100% better. They used a combination of traction, laser, massage and cervical/spinal manipulation and I was amazed at how quick and effective it was. Dr. Khachatourian suggested I return whenever I needed a "tune-up" (my expression - not his) and I was on my way. He and his staff are so warm, friendly and professional, I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to him for chiropractic care. read more

Personally , I live this place! I called in a lot of pain and they found a way to fit me in, something no other chiro has had the compassion to do! They listened to my pain AND my concerns, which are mostly related to I don't like having my neck popped. Within 2 weeks (4-5) treatments I was feeling good as new! What a godsend!! read more

A great practice made up of great people! Came in for a bad case of whiplash that wasn't making any progress, and after only a few weeks they have me almost completely healed. Worth noting: - Dr. Allens' assessment was quick and astute, and he immediately worked out the proper program for me. - He and Jeanette work together with a combination of chiropractic adjustment, sports massage, and ultrasound that thoroughly treats the problem area. They may have even more tricks in their bag, but this is what they've used to help me and it's been extremely effective. - They're both remarkable in their expertise, and give solid advice on how to support healing between visits, too. - Working the front desk, Tammy is an incredibly friendly, welcoming presence who makes the appointment and billing processes quick and painless for patients. - They take insurance, but their out-of-pocket/non-covered prices are very reasonable. As remarkable as their expertise has been, I've been even more impressed by the environment of the office itself. Dr. Allen, Jeanette, and Tammy are all incredibly warm, friendly, and caring, while also being straightforward and honest. It's a tight-knit group of people who all clearly enjoy working together, but every visitor and patient is made to feel extremely welcome. It's a pleasure going in to see such friendly faces! I've already referred my boyfriend to them for some long-standing sciatic issues, but really I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

The best team, always welcoming, flexible and effective. My go-to for every sports injury.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Allen for 3 months for a spine compression. He is amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional and humble. The front office manager, Tammy, is awesome as well. She is on top of everything. Insurance verification can be a real pain. She always gets it done and she does it with a smile. Ashley is also sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. Katie, their massage therapist, is phenomenal. I highly recommend this office for your chiropractic needs. They will get the job done! read more

Dr. Allen is amazing. I think people associate chiropractic medicine with backs only. I went to see Dr. Allen after being diagnosed with a knee injury that surgery would only correct. I wanted surgery to be my last option. My sister suggested Dr. Allen. Dr. Allen's therapy prevented me from having surgery and I went back to doing my regular activities after a few months of therapy. If you are looking for a quick fix and find satisfaction in getting adjustments and seeing chiropractors for life, then Dr. Allen isn't for you. But if you are interested in getting down to the root of your problem and healing the chronic problem, then you should see Dr. Allen immediately!!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this office. First off, the receptionist is amazing. She is so friendly and helpful. I found this office on yelp after being rear ended, and right from the first visit, I felt well taken care of. When you have just been in a car accident, you need a chiropractor/staff that knows what they are doing. Dr. Allen's technique is different than other chiropractors, but I find that I am less sore after adjustments because it is more gentle on the neck. He is super friendly and compassionate. Love, love, love this place. read more

Where to begin with this wonderful place. I was referred to Dr. Allen by my aunt and I am so grateful I went in. The staff here really takes cares of you from beginning to the end. Tammy is simply wonderful. She was able to make my appointments at my convenience, which was a life saver for me! I initially went in to see Dr. Allen for a herniated disc that I re-injured while doing some yard work. He listed to my complaints and knew exactly what was wrong. His methods are just wonderful. I was feeling so much better after my first visit. After my second visit I was noticing that even my posture was different. I was able to stand up straight again!!! I can not express my gratitude enough to Dr. Allen and his staff. I honestly haven't felt this pain free in a while!! read more

Dr. Allen is incredible. He listens to your problems and actually addresses them. I've been to several other chiropractors in my life and they all do the same basic treatment. He was the first one to notice that I had swelling in my lower back that was causing me pain that I have been experiencing for a few years now. His staff is also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I always look forward to my visits there. read more

My neck was bothering me, given my desk-job, so I visited Dr. Allen's office. As soon as I entered the door Tammy was all smiles and very helpful with the paperwork. Once I saw Dr. Allen, he listened to me describe my neck pain. Since that initial discussion he has provided me with a three-part process that relaxes and adjusts the cervical area of the spine. He always is happy and provides great conversation to compliment the already tremendous service. read more

I've been going to Dr. Allen for seven years, and I'm very happy with his treatments. After having back surgery nearly three years ago, and seeing numerous practitioners to no avail, I'm finally going in the right direction under the care of Dr. Allen and his staff. Unquestionably, the collective group of Dr. Allen, Jeannette and Tammy are the most professional yet approachable staff I've encountered. Dr. Allen is very astute in his chiropractic knowledge, and is as good a person as you'll find. He's confident in his abilities, yet very humble. His office exudes a positive vibe, which is huge when you're dealing with a major health issue. He's the first provider I've worked with who has restored my belief that I'll be back in good health in a bit of time. Tammy runs the office and is simply an ace with the patients. She goes the extra yard, cares, and multi-tasks with aplomb. Jeannette is fantastic working on the patients, and the common theme is that they treat everyone like a friend. It's an unusually smooth visit whenever I'm there, and appointments are prompt. If you're in the area and need a chiropractor, I highly recommend that you try Allen's Chiropractic. read more

When I went to Dr. Allen, I could barely walk. I hurt my back so bad that sitting was excruciating and going from lying down to standing was like an olympic event. I tried for 4 days to tough it out hoping it would get better on its own but it was unbearable. I finally called Dr. Allen's office. Tammy who works the office called me back even though it was after hours and got me in to see Dr. Allen the very next morning. After three appointments I'm almost completely back to normal. Like others describe, there's no pain or cracking or anything aggressive in his approach to treatment. It couldn't be easier and I'm now almost at 100 percent. And like others have said here, they're really cool people too, warm, positive, and they care. Also, for those who like 80's music they got it playing all the time. So glad I found this office here. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - Where do I begin... I had a very severe lower back pinch and went to Dr. Allen for a month and saw little to no improvement. He doesn't really do anything to adjust you like a real chiropractor just kind of moves your spine around. Very unprofessional. I was receiving his "laser therapy" that was probably the Fisher Price my first laser model, and he was just standing behind me playing on his phone. I've never been to a "phony doctor" until this guy. Shelled out a lot of money to what I can only assume made my condition worse. I ended up going to Dr Adam Del Torto down the street and saw better results immediately. Dr Allen told me just to lay in bed and not stretch or do anything to help. He eventually gave me ONE stretch to do when Del Torto gave me a series of EIGHTEEN to do and other rehabbing routines. Allen just wanted me to stay hurt so he could take more of my money! You get what you pay for people!!! He's cheap for a reason read more

Dr. Allen is amazing, the office staff there amazing, you don't wait more then 5 minutes and they start working on you. It's amazing what the doctor did with my wife s lower back after two visits she had no more pain she used to wake up crying now she wakes up happy and laughing, my neck I could only turn it to one side after my 1st visit I could move my neck and the stiffness is gone. The office is so well organized and the staff work great with the doctor they are amazing don't take my word for it try it yourself and I bet you will leave smiling and writing the same review I did. read more

Dr. Allen, Jeanette, Katie and Staff are true PROs.... They respect my time and very accommodating to my pain... I walk in there with pain and walk out feeling brand new and great. I used to be one of those people who would walk around like a zombie because I would have a bad case of stiff neck and refuse to go to the chiropractor. That's because my first experience with one was awful. I remember she grabbed my neck and yanked and after that I would have terrible neck cramps. Well I was finally convinced to go see Dr. Allen after I showed up to work one day not able to turn my neck even 5 degrees. In one session I felt 75 percent better. I mean I had to be dropped off because I couldn't drive there and walked out like I wasn't the walking dead anymore. I had full range of motion just slight pain due to the pulled muscles. Dr. Allen was gentile yet efficient. That's what I needed, someone I wasn't going to be afraid of. Ever since that first visit I've been back 4 or 5 times. Mostly for waking up in the morning and hearing a crunch in my neck. But other times to adjust my lower back because I stand up all day at work. I love his staff and his work. I've recommended friends here too and they were also happy. Also they are very accommodating with their appointments. read more
