Had my first appointment today with Dr. Eddie Garcia. I loved that he was patient and listened to my concerns with my muscle tightness. He offered suggestions for a treatment plan that I'm not afraid to commit to. He was friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. Terrible! Rude and fraudulent. Dr. Chapman (the owner) and Dr. Alexandra Bonilla fraudulently charged my credit card $171 for services not rendered. He refuses to respond to my e-mails. I gave my credit card for a massage, then I was charged another $171 for nothing. I am legally disabled, and he is taking advantage of me. This matter is in dispute with my credit card company, and I have a complaint filed with the Chiropractic Examiners Board. Don't go here. I have only been in to see Dr. Ryan twice, but he has truly made a huge difference in my pain management and in treating some seriously uncomfortable back and leg issues. He is so kind and easy-going and never makes you feel pressured into treatments that take you past your comfort level. The office is small but not claustrophobic -- and the office staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Ryan is truly a master at his craft -- and he talks you through all of his processes, which is a real gift for someone who didn't know anything about chiropractors until I walked into his door. He took the time to listen to my problems and really investigated to find the source of my issues, rather than just jumping into the adjustment. It felt like truly comprehensive and thoughtful care. I started seeing Dr. Ryan a few years ago because one of my friends knew I was dealing with severe migraines for years. Thanks to Dr. Ryan we found out I had some issues with my neck that never knew I had and obviously that was contributing with my migraines. I want to recommend and compliment acupuncturist Brian Nguyen for making my first two acupuncture sessions a success. I'm a competitive runner in my 40s and have to admit, I do not like needles and never considered acupuncture before to treat my muscle or tendon pains. I tried various other methods like massages, PT, stem, rolling out to deal with achilles tendonitis and tight calves, some of which helped temporarily. However, the acupuncture has been more effective and longer lasting in many ways, as it goes deeper into the muscle and trigger points than PT and massages can go, and detoxifies the body. First time I was treated by Brian, my chronic achilles pain felt better within the first week and has been doing pretty good for 3 months now. The second time I had an issue with my lower back, which after acupuncture felt good within a week. Brian is very knowledgable and has an overall great demeanor. I'm very thankful to have found Brian and Chiropractic Remedy and look forward to my next acupuncture sessions! read more

This review is long overdue. If I could give more stars I would. This business is AMAZING! My daughter and I have been treated by Dr. Ryan, and most of the staff for different ailments consistently for the past few years. For the past 4 months, we've been going almost weekly to treat my daughter's Osgood Schlatter (12 years old). I'm so grateful for the care my daughter receives from everyone there (she's been treated I think by all the doctors, but mainly Dr Ryan & Dr. Angela). They genuinely want to help take her pain away and are consistently trying different methods such as ART (manual, hands on), shockwave therapy and ultrasound. The treatment has allowed her to continue playing soccer. I have no doubt that she wouldn't be where she's at with her progress without the treatment she receives here. The front desk staff is helpful too. I especially love interacting with Evelyn...she's an absolute sweetheart. Update: my daughter got another injury due to soccer (foot) and we changed treatment to acupuncture. My daughter found acupuncture really helpful for her knees a couple years ago with Joseph. She's been seeing Joseph & Danielia who are AMAZING. I also have been treated by Joseph. He's very busy and we figured we also try someone new. I loved Danielia's attentiveness to my daughter & how professional she was with me. She has great energy and gave me faith that my daughter's injury would heal sooner than later. I love that we have a couple great acupuncturist to choose from. I know there's another acupuncturist (Dr. Rodriguez) that we haven't had a chance to try, but I have no doubt she's great too. read more

I came here in excruciating pain from a chest rib bone dislocation that was severely impacting my life. I couldn't lift my arms, sleep, work out, hold my grandsons, it was so bad. Dr. Marc popped it back in place by dropping the table. It was incredibly painful and I screamed and cried from the pain but he saved me. I was very distraught when I came in and I don't know what I would have done if not for him. Surgery? Anyway, he is a genius. The new chiropractor "didn't even get her name. I think it started with an A was not good. She was nice but definitely lacked experience. Great location. Came here for the 1st time and visited with Dr. Shay. He was very thorough in his initial exam and asked tons of questions, made sure I understood what he was going to be doing and why. I haven't had any chiro work since 2017 so l was hesitant to say the least. Thankfully the office allows you to book online, I even got my benefits confirmed by their front desk and they text to advise when it's been completed. The front desk worker was very nice. They also do a good job of explaining the services offered and how some may or may not be covered by insurance. Pro tip: make sure to have a mask! I forgot one but they provided one, no problem. I started going to Dr. Antonya Forsyth about four weeks ago when I threw out my back. I have had such an amazing experience!! I would say that I had a rather extreme case to the point that I was very scared about visiting a chiropractor while in so much pain. He doesn't "force" adjustments and does a lot of muscle work first which is what is key to a good adjustment. No *rushing* through the appointment either. Paulina is a gem! I had neck pain on and off for years and after one appointment it was completely gone and has never come back (it's been 5 months). I was immediately impressed and now I go about once a month to address anything else that pops up (tension headaches, foot pain, etc.). She's extremely thorough and knowledgable. Just know-it's not necessarily a purely "relaxing" massage, you are getting solutions, which usually requires some deep tissue work. However, she will explain everything she's doing and teach you as she goes. I could see how that might not be for everyone, but she's helped me tremendously and I couldn't recommend her more! read more

Surprise $30 consultation fee on top of my co-pay and a 3% fee for using a card. And you can't cancel because they make you sign a cancellation policy... now I know why. To make matters worse, after I paid I went over to the acupuncture side of the office where I see a sign that says, "To avoid the 3% fee you can pay via Zelle!" They didn't offer that option while I was paying, even though I questioned it. This will be my first and last visit here. UPDATE: The acupuncture session was great. And the problem is with the office and now RYAN C. (See his response below) You can see how he completely gaslights my complaint and then dismisses me to find a better fit. First of all, I was NOT told about the $30 fee. And maybe it's because when I originally booked, they accidentally booked me for a Chiropractic visit NOT an acupuncture visit, so I had to call back and get that fixed. Secondly, even if there WAS a sign in the office. There is a PINK Sticky note on the back of the computer monitor right in the customer's face. I said to the person checking me in, "Oh, there's a 3% fee on top of this for using a card?" To which she SHOULD have responded "You can also pay with Zelle." It shouldn't be MY responsibility to scan the office for alternatives. Ryan, your dismissive attitude is quite a shame because I was going to come back anyway because of the acupuncturist who was GREAT. But you have sealed the deal. I will add this update to all the reviews I will be posting. Great acupuncture experience... HORRIBLE administrative/owner experience. Update again since Ryan is SO obsessed with being right... He is correct, they sent me a ridiculously LONG text where they told me about the fee in line 16. I did reply with "Great!" to confirm my appt. but I didn't read the whole text. Shame on me! I didn't realize I was receiving a hidden fee in my text messages. Also, he hasn't acknowledge at all the first mistake-- that I was sent a Chiropractic visit form and appt first before I called back and they sent me the correct info and made the appt for the Acupuncturist. It doesn't occur to him that MAYBE I wasn't told about the fee over the phone, because there was some confusion to begin with, no. For him, it's about being RIGHT. So there you go. You can follow this thread and make up your mind for yourself. Again, My acupuncturist was AMAZING but I won't return because the owner is an egotistical guy who doesn't care about customers as much as he cares about being RIGHT. read more

There has never been a more supportive, healing, and kind chiropractic office I've ever been to. I've had back pain since I was 17 years old, I'm 28 years old now and chiropractic remedy is by far the best I've been to. They treat you with care, they're efficient, but they don't treat you like an In-N-Out drive-through. They take the time that's needed. I am very grateful I found this place. It's close to where I work and the staff are very attentive. I have used Dr. Ryan Chapman for the chiro and Dr. Oh for acupuncture. I found this place because several months back I was out of alignment and having a back spasm. I don't do well with 'cracking' chiropractic - I just don't respond well to that. I can not say enough good things about this place. I found Dr. Chapman in early 2020 after I had just moved to the area and my roommate and I needed Chiropractic care. We tried 2 other doctors that we didn't enjoy, and then I was on Yelp and discovered chiropractic remedy. I grew up surrounded by chiropractors, my dad, my uncle, all my dads best friends, even my sisters boyfriend, so I'm "picky" about the chiro care I receive. Too many doctors just put you on your back, crack you left and right, and don't address any areas of concern, which is honestly why I think chiropractic care gets a bad rap. But not here. They take time to address your areas of concern and explain why something might be hurting and how to avoid it or implement pain relief techniques on your own in the future. I've been adjusted by every chiro at this facility as I am always slipping ribs and sometimes need to just see whoever is available in the next 2 hours, and all of them are fantastic. I'm writing this right after seeing Dr Shay who got all 3 of my ribs back in place and has just saved the rest of my week . They're friendly, educated, professional in their skills, and overall great people. The bedside manner each of them has, keeps people loyal I'm sure, because it's strangely hard to find in this field in la. + Their massage therapists are also amazing, I've been having chronic pain out of no where that causes spastic muscles and basically immobilizes me for days on end, I have been to orthopedic specialists, rheumatologists, physical therapy, put on all kinds of muscle relaxers and medications, and nothing has helped like Paulina has. My mental health was getting dark for a while there, thinking this might be the rest of my life out of nowhere, and seeing her every week has slowly but surely lessened the spastic muscles and chronic inflammation to a point I feel like it's now a matter of time before my pain goes away. Literally life saving. Overall, you can tell how much everyone here cares. I love that Dr Chapman is involved in every process that goes on here, down to the wall decor.
