Just recently my newborn had developed torticolis so we decided to bring her to Stitt and trusted him with our 5 week old. The Dr has done a amazing job with her, she's able to gain more movement in her neck area and showing improvements after each visit. I've been coming to Dr. Stitt on and off (when needed) for over 10 years. Anytime I am getting too comfortable slouching on the couch and my back starts to get rigid, I visit Dorian for an adjustment and always leave feeling like I have a new body. Dr Stitt has been so amazing for the past month and a half. For starters, I had massive sciatic nerve issues and I've been doing better. I don't feel pain whatsoever. I was referred by a friend after having been to the ER and my family Dr several times complaining of shortness of breath, my Dr prescribed me an inhaler I knew there had to be another alternative. I am in pretty decent shape but have been so tired and unable to climb a short flight of stairs without feeling WINDED, this had been going on for at least 7 months! I talked to Dr. Stitt, and while most chiropractors will try to get you to commit to an x-ray plus 3 months worth of visits, he was straight forward with me and said he could work without an x-ray but to see of course more in depth it was up to me. Anyway 15 minutes later after evaluating me, he treated me and I was able to take a FULL breath!!! I was moved to tears ( I'm NOT a softie) I was able to breathe!!! I went to see Dr. Stitt Sr. for a bulging disk in my L4 L5 S1. I've had bad experiences with chiropractors in the past but after trying a cortisone shot, physical therapy and meds, I was desperate. If you have something like this or had something like it in the past, you know what I mean. I was willing to try anything to get rid of the pain. I heard about the Stitts from a guy who had had a similar injury and swore by them. I went as a last resort and I can't sing their praises enough. After two visits I was pain free!! Where as most chiropractors are really just billing offices, the Stitts are all about healing. All they do is spinal manipulation. No fancy equipment, just their hands and a table. I have been going here for about a month and the headaches went away and the neck pain is no longer there. They explain everything to you in detail and what exactly is causing the problem. You can set appointments, but it doesn't really matter because you are in and out in less than 10 mins. Every patient I have seen coming out are always happy. GO HERE!!! The cliche', "If I could give 10 stars I would" is true. Dr. Randall Stitt and Dr. Dorian Stitt have saved my life multiple times since I was referred to Dr. Randall in 2007. My first visit, he accurately diagnosed a neck injury that occurred when I was in high school and CURED my chronic neck issues where a dozen other chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical therapists could not. Over the years the two doctors have prevented and corrected major issues with my neck and back because I carry a 28 pound camera on my shoulder for work. Two years ago, I developed severe vertigo. Went to ER, had X-rays and an MRI, was prescribed meclizine, but no relief for weeks. The dizziness was so severe that I was dancing with the idea of ending this game (vertigo is like being on a tilt-o-whirl 24-7 with only moments of relief). On a day where I could actually drive, I went to see Dr. Randall about my lower back. On a goof, I asked if he could do anything for vertigo. He said, "I thought we were friends." Dr. Stitt figured out that because adjusting the normal culprits - C2 and/or C6 - didn't give me relief, he thought for a moment and adjusted my first rib on my left side. Boom! One adjustment and the dizzies were gone! Since then, my work and some stupidity has caused the vertigo to return to the point where I can't lay down for an adjustment, Dr. Randall has adjusted me while I'm seated and it works the same. Dr. Dorian has also, look, one time i went in with vertigo. Dr. Dorian made a few adjustments and the dizziness got worse. He adjusted me again and it got worse. I was a tad panicked. One of the ladies working the front desk, I believe it was Leslie (sorry, I don't remember), sat with and comforted me when all of a sudden I burst into hysterical crying. I had stored up so much emotional grief from the recent death of my best friend and the very recent deaths of two of my dogs (also my best friends), the adjustment caused the grief to erupt. I cried for two hours! I cried well past their scheduled closing time. There was no judgment, only compassion and care. When I was able to relax, the vertigo was gone. I love everyone at the office! First off, if you don't know, it's always best to find a chiropractor that has studied the Palmers way of Chiropractic care, which is not always easy to find, but look no further, this father son duo is amazing, intuitive and thorough in their approach to healing your aches and pains~They could do it blindfolded! I even have a 3 year old toddler that I've had to bring in with me and Dr. Dorian (the son,) was gracious to accommodate me with her little active self lol... I've been going here for years now & would never go anywhere else, even if I moved cities away! The staff is so pleasant and helpful, like when I was only able to pay $40 in cash up front, they were happy to just bill me for the remaining $15.
