It was a reused soda stream box which never had cartridges shipped in it and was previously transported by ups. The box was being reused to ship Ziply equipment. I asked if I could just cover the symbol with a label since it's not hazardous. They refused and of course they wanted to sell me a new box. Which is the exact grift they did on my last visit here when trying to return items to Amazon. Paid $36 for two boxes! For this item, I went down the road to Staples and they accepted it with no issues and were super friendly. This UPS store GRIFTS- no other store like this one in the NW since they like to claim all UPS stores operate like this. It's only them.

Was there for maybe 15-20 minutes after they did some test printing, they didn't even charge me! Granted, it was only Grayscale text but it was 11x14. Big jobs with huge potential for more big jobs. That's what Printers want. Heck, that's what all…read morebusinesses want. That's why I was worried when I called Printcraft Printing and spoke to Ryan. I'd heard the change in tone from, "we're really glad to called with that big job" to, "we don't know when well be able to get to your small, tiny, microscopic job" in the past. Not so with Ryan at Printcraft Printing. He was glad I called, became engaged (and actually cared) about my project and how important it was to me that it be done right. He made suggestions as to how to make it better. He delivered it ahead of schedule. Of course, I gave it to him late and he still delivered it ahead of schedule. If Printcraft Printing is this great with my small job, just think how fantastic they are with bigger assignments. I will use them again. And again.

I took a Amazon return to the store. I hit the wrong button on Amazon's website so the email I…read moregot from Amazon was to make me print a label. When I got to the store I showed him the email. He offered to print it out for $3.45. A label for $3.45? A label they probably get from UPS for free. I left the store. Later I canceled the return and started a new return. This time the email bar code was correct to allow the UPS store to print it for free. Make sure you get the correct email with the bar codes and be careful what you hit for return shipping. I told the employee how I corrected it. He said he didn't know you could do that. That goes to show how well the kid was trained. I'm going to Staples for anything they can return. from now on.
