I bought a couple pairs of funky (bargain buy) pants at a thrift shop that fit width wise but were…read moremuch too long ... I found this gem on Yelp & decided to check it out bc ~local business! Was a little tricky to find because they're upstairs but as long as you're on Moscow's Main Street reading door/suite signs you'll find it by the bagel place! Anyways, Amy (I think!) was super helpful and had me try on my paisley and purple pants in the dressing room & then pinned them to the length/taper I wanted while discussing my final vision. I also brought in a torn coat and they explained their pricing/labor/time for the 3 pieces very clearly and professionally so there were no surprises. I felt super comfortable and (despite poor Amy casually suffering the stench of my skating sneakers in the dressing room- I'm sorry!!) well taken care of by the gals here who called in two weeks (as they said they would) with a v fair price (as expected). Best part: my pants look frickin fabulous!!! So happy with their service- go to them if you need hemming/tailoring or any clothing repairs bc it's so worth it :) thank you!!!!

Support small businesses!…read more The staff here was very friendly and helpful despite it being an unusually busy evening. They store is a decent size for a tailor and they have multiple sewing machines/threads for their sewing classes. They play great music too :) They charge a little extra for rush hours, depending how short of a time frame you need your alterations by, but it seems reasonable. They were the only tailors I could find in the area (Spot Shop in Pullman does not offer alterations anymore) and I was so relieved that they had such great customer service. They have an area with little handmade merchandise for purchase, such as baby bibs and yoga mat holders. I got a cute chicken/rooster print boho bag. I hope they open up a stand at the Moscow Farmer's Market soon...they have such cute prints for their fabrics! I am having a bridesmaid dress hemmed and will be receiving it next week but I am sure that it will turn out great. I will be back again if I ever need alterations!

10000% would not recommend!! I dropped my wedding dress and veil off in July, two days after my…read morewedding, to the Moscow location. I was told it would be done around mid-September. I received a phone call around the end of August quoting me a price of roughly $270 to clean my dress and veil, which I confirmed was fine. My dress had 5 layers, so I had already figured it would cost a bit because of the time needed to clean. At that point, I thought, they are confirming the price, they are going to start cleaning it. I called again in mid-September and was told they off source their wedding dresses and the lady who cleans them had been sick so there was a delay. Called again in October and was told it still wasn't done and they needed to contact the lady who cleans them to figure out what was going on. They stated it could be taking longer if there were stains that needed to be deep cleaned - mind you, there were no stains on my dress, just dirt and bugs from an outside wedding. At that point, I was in a panic that perhaps my dress and veil had been lost. I asked them to just get the dress back, I would pick it up and take it elsewhere as they have had it for 3 months already. When they called me back, they stated she hadn't gotten to it yet, but they could start that day and have it done and return it to me by the next Monday, and they would give me a discount (kudos to them for offering that). I declined and said I would just like to come and get it and take it elsewhere. A few days later, I received a phone call saying that my dress and veil had been returned to the store and I could come and pick it up. When I got there, I opened the garment bags to check for any damage. I was then told by the associate that the lady who cleans them said, she just couldn't clean my dress. This business does nothing but lie to you. Why would you quote me a price and keep my items for 3 months, if you weren't able to clean it. The first time you looked at my items, you should have determined then that you couldn't clean it and asked me to take it elsewhere. Nothing but lies and unprofessionalism!

Wish I had read all the reviews of this store prior to leaving for my son's wedding. When I went in…read moreto rent a suit for the wedding, they required a $25 deposit (non refundable) in case I changed my mind. They said they would call us a week before I needed the suit for a final fitting. That call never came. I called the store on Tuesday to verify I would have a suit. I called three times. An employee of the store called today (Thursday) and I explained plans had changed and that I no longer needed the suit (this is now 2 days after my call and 3 days prior to the wedding.) The employee said she'd talk to Mr. Paulucci and then he called this afternoon. Mr. Paulucci wanted to know why I didn't call Monday. Mr. Paulucci then said they were closed Tuesday (but the sites on line state the store is open on Tuesdays. The $25 deposit doesn't state hours of operation. Mr. Paulucci then requested another $25 and wanted to put it on my credit card and I said no! I would send a check. Mr Paulucci got very angry and said "thanks for f.....ing me over" and a few more choice words and then hung up. I would never use this store again because of the foul language and rude behavior of the owner.

The guy is a-hole and is hands-down the most unpleasant person I have ever done business with. He was unbelievably rude to me and refused to serve me because I didn't look like money and was younger than the people walking through the door. When I demanded to be seen after 40 minutes he threatened me with violence and told me to "Fuck Off". On top of that he was verbally abusive to my mother of all people when she went in after me to see what the problem was. We ended up pulling our order (about 20 tuxes) and was aided in the clutch by their competitor, Myklebusts. Years have passed and I am STILL mad about this. Anyone who can say things like that to my sweet mother is not worth supporting.
