It has a great deal of charm and Mary Lou adds her own warm personality to the place which makes it a truly wonderful experience. Mary Lou likes her customers so much that she even goes out of her way to buy candy for them. Great job Mary Lou, you'd be an asset to any business. He offered to print it out for $3.45. A label for $3.45? A label they probably get from UPS for free. I left the store. Later I canceled the return and started a new return. This time the email bar code was correct to allow the UPS store to print it for free. Make sure you get the correct email with the bar codes and be careful what you hit for return shipping. I told the employee how I corrected it. He said he didn't know you could do that. That goes to show how well the kid was trained. I'm going to Staples for anything they can return. from now on.
