He communicates what he is going to do, when he can get there, how long it would take etc. He made it very easy for us. My daughter met him at that house and he went over everything he had found in his inspection. Next he was able to email us the report shortly after he was done. Then he called us on the phone and explained to me what he had found and gave me his thoughts on what needed to be repaired and how it could be done. We had a follow up question the next day and Josh went back over to the house take care of that for us. Called right up and told us what we needed to know. Working with Josh couldn't have been any easier and his work was top notch.

Really cozy main bar/restaurant with a large dance floor, 10' x 10' stage for live music, popcorn machine, darts, and very nice bar plus table seating. There is a large banquet facility just beyond as well. And as always, just wonderful people inside always happy to welcome new visitors or members from other Aeries around the country. If you're already an Eagle, stop in and say hello! And if you're not, it's a very welcoming organization with very easy admission policies to become a member, and then start to enjoy their amazing bar prices and camaraderie of the members. Great Eagles club - by all means stop in and give them a try!! This is one of the coziest Aeries we've come across in our travels.

most post office workers are kind or at the very least polite. but the bald guy with a red beard…read more(maybe 40s) who worked on 4/8 at around 3:30 pm was so incredibly rude. he was snappy and all around a jerk. from the moment he began "helping" he was unkind. I had asked to mail something and he immediately began snapping at me telling me I needed to tape my label. I had mentioned that I wanted to make sure that it was labeled properly because it had been incorrectly labeled the last time by the post office and I was now re-sending it and he became very accusatory stating that i was the one who had the label and he wasn't adding another label to it. he kept interrupting me and just being rude. when I had asked if they had tape I could use he continued snapping at me telling me "I'd have to purchase some." and "that's why he told me to tape it on." it actually took another customer stepping in and being nice to me for him to suddenly change his tone. even if everything he said was correct he was so nasty while doing it. perhaps he should find a job that doesn't require him to work with the general public and actually treat people with human decency. ‍

Had to wait in line for a long time to get terse interaction with a surly woman who seemed very unengaged when she took my order. In the meantime it took forever for my order to arrive having ended up in seattle instead of the east coast by mistake. While the 40 something cent letter seemed like a really good deal, the other items seemed really expensive, and the prices seemed not to make sense at all. I paid about 13 dollars and it ended up being only a tiny 2 ounce widget to send to England. The staff bringing the orders out to the houses seems great, it is mainly the people who take your orders who seem to think that you are a major annoyance.

He offered to print it out for $3.45. A label for $3.45? A label they probably get from UPS for free. I left the store. Later I canceled the return and started a new return. This time the email bar code was correct to allow the UPS store to print it for free. Make sure you get the correct email with the bar codes and be careful what you hit for return shipping. I told the employee how I corrected it. He said he didn't know you could do that. That goes to show how well the kid was trained. I'm going to Staples for anything they can return. from now on.

My house is completemy finished now minus the plumbing. So it is un-habitable. I cant sell it and can't live in it. One month ago I finally filed a better business compliant and still nothing. Beware because if Powell starts and does finish it, no plumbers in the area with touch the project. BEWARE!

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.

I thought then that the motherboard or the CPU was probably the issue and stated as much when I gave him it. 100 dollars and a week later he calls me saying that he also believes it to be the motherboard or CPU but can't test which specifically since they don't have testbeds for AMD CPU's. This seems absurd to me given AMD is ~30% of commercial CPUs. He then tried to upsell me by asking if I wanted to get a "real" intel CPU/motherboard combo. I feel that I have essentially paid 100 dollars to be told something I already knew.
