He offered to print it out for $3.45. A label for $3.45? A label they probably get from UPS for free. I left the store. Later I canceled the return and started a new return. This time the email bar code was correct to allow the UPS store to print it for free. Make sure you get the correct email with the bar codes and be careful what you hit for return shipping. I told the employee how I corrected it. He said he didn't know you could do that. That goes to show how well the kid was trained. I'm going to Staples for anything they can return. from now on.

I stopped. turned and asked, " What is with the attitude?" He did not like that, got irritated and raised his voice again, and said, "I do not have an attitude, I am thanking you, I am thanking you". This man in no way should be representing Staples by being in customer service dealing with the public. He was irritated from the moment I stepped to the counter. Perhaps he was not feeling well, maybe his oxygen level was too low, maybe he is just not good with people. No matter what his problem was, he attitude, manners, and tone of voice and actions were not professional, pleasant and he made it very apparent he was not happy about doing his job! Very poor reflection on Staples!

Much to my dismay, my business card order will not be printed locally but from God Knows Where!…read more Not only that, I placed the order on Friday, March 14, 2025 but will not see them until at least March 28, 2025 and maybe not until April 1 or whenever. So, at this point, I get them whenever I get them if I ever do. There is no way to describe how I feel about this and I will gladly pay more to have them printed locally if it cost me more money. At least I will not be supporting a corporate big box store and I will have them in my hands far sooner. This is the last time I will ever use Staples for my printing needs. They have blown it with me.

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.

I took my laptop to Morgan to be cleaned out a couple months after a soda spill. After I paid $40 and received my laptop back, it had extensive damage to the screen (see attached pictures). This was not there before I gave it to Morgan. Now my laptop will not even FUNCTION without being connected to power. It automatically shuts off when it is unplugged. When I tried to discuss it with Morgan, he did not apologize or offer compensation/refund of any kind. He also asked for my password when it wasn't needed to clean out the inside of my laptop, so not sure what that was about. Filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
