I had an $800 electric motor set on the side of the road in the rain on the 27th of September. I had an office chair left on the side of the road and subsequently stolen on the 25th of October. Filing a claim is difficult and obstructive. If you don't have the shippers information you can not proceed. I am going to refuse to purchase from companies that ship utilizing FEDEX.

I stopped. turned and asked, " What is with the attitude?" He did not like that, got irritated and raised his voice again, and said, "I do not have an attitude, I am thanking you, I am thanking you". This man in no way should be representing Staples by being in customer service dealing with the public. He was irritated from the moment I stepped to the counter. Perhaps he was not feeling well, maybe his oxygen level was too low, maybe he is just not good with people. No matter what his problem was, he attitude, manners, and tone of voice and actions were not professional, pleasant and he made it very apparent he was not happy about doing his job! So, at this point, I get them whenever I get them if I ever do. There is no way to describe how I feel about this and I will gladly pay more to have them printed locally if it cost me more money.
