After I paid $40 and received my laptop back, it had extensive damage to the screen (see attached pictures). This was not there before I gave it to Morgan. Now my laptop will not even FUNCTION without being connected to power. It automatically shuts off when it is unplugged. When I tried to discuss it with Morgan, he did not apologize or offer compensation/refund of any kind. He also asked for my password when it wasn't needed to clean out the inside of my laptop, so not sure what that was about. Filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I'd heard the change in tone from, "we're really glad to called with that big job" to, "we don't know when well be able to get to your small, tiny, microscopic job" in the past. Not so with Ryan at Printcraft Printing. He was glad I called, became engaged (and actually cared) about my project and how important it was to me that it be done right. He made suggestions as to how to make it better. He delivered it ahead of schedule. Of course, I gave it to him late and he still delivered it ahead of schedule. If Printcraft Printing is this great with my small job, just think how fantastic they are with bigger assignments. I will use them again. And again.

I do know their prices are a bit higher than online, as a reviewer complained. But this is a wider matter of supply chains providing products to larger companies versus locally owned stores. About a month later, I returned to get help connecting my new phone. When I came in, Ben told me he would not help me and said he would call the police for trespassing. He also brought up my previous one-star review and said that it had caused him to get fined. I was very surprised by how I was treated. Customers should be able to leave honest feedback about their experiences without feeling like they will be treated differently afterward. I hope T-Mobile looks into this situation and makes sure customers are treated with respect.

It was a reused soda stream box which never had cartridges shipped in it and was previously transported by ups. The box was being reused to ship Ziply equipment. I asked if I could just cover the symbol with a label since it's not hazardous. They refused and of course they wanted to sell me a new box. Which is the exact grift they did on my last visit here when trying to return items to Amazon. Paid $36 for two boxes! For this item, I went down the road to Staples and they accepted it with no issues and were super friendly. This UPS store GRIFTS- no other store like this one in the NW since they like to claim all UPS stores operate like this. It's only them.
