I experienced difficulty when I tried to replace the MO as the holes in the MO and mounting bracket didn't align. With a bit of frustration I returned the MO. Amir was accommodating and immediately agreed to a return, but he also offered some insight and I decided to try the install once again. With his insight the replacement went without a hitch. I appreciated his immediate willingness to accept my return but additionally providing me with the insight to correct the issue was greatly appreciated! I can definitely recommend Amir's business!

I was assisted by the very knowledgeable and helpful, Rachel. After being measured, she recommended % Jobst pantyhose. She worked with me taking pains to assist and teach me. Prior to posting this review, I read through many and I would certainly put my experience in the very positive column. To those who have said you were upwards to 25% higher than other establishments, I must disagree. My pantyhose were $90. The Amazon price was $80. I find the additional $10 was a small price for pay for Rachel to have spent a lot of time with me. She was patient and kind. Should I choose to buy a second pair I will not order from Amazon, but rather call to have you send them or revisit the store. You provide a valuable service. Additionally, you are a small local business. I like to support local and I feel you and others like you have a right to make a profit. The only suggestion I would make would be to have a few videos available on your website for those of us who need reinforcement on how to put such things on and take them off. Many thanks to you, your team and commitment to quality service.

If your sewing machine needs repairs, this is the place for you. I wish that it was possible to…read moregive Big Dog (Eric) a ten-star-rating. He fixed the tension on my 27-year-old machine so that I could use it to sew knits again. He warned me in advance that it might not be possible. Eric approached the job as a peronal challenge....and succeeded! If I'd taken the machine elsewhere, the hours and work involved with the repair (if someone else could even do it), would have cost more than a newer, better machine. I'm very happy and highly recommend Eric at Big Dog!

While the major portion of our bathroom remodel is officially complete, we did decide to make some…read moresmall changes. We swapped out our existing chrome faucets for gold hardware, and the difference is night and day. The previous faucets had a very sleek, almost Star Trek-ish look (a fun nod to my hubby, who is a serious sci‑fi fan), but they no longer fit the direction the bathroom was taking. Once the rest of the space came together, it was clear the chrome felt out of place. The new gold faucets align beautifully with the overall design and add warmth and elegance to the room. They tie everything together in a way the chrome simply couldn't. What felt like a small change ended up making a big visual impact, elevating the finished space and giving it a more cohesive, intentional look. If you're on the fence about switching hardware finishes, this is proof that even after the "big" remodel work is done, thoughtful finishing touches can truly transform the final result. The faucets were priced competitively. Many thanks to folks at Tri-Supply!

If you want a one-stop showroom for appliances, lockets, lighting, ceiling fans, doors, windows,…read moreoutdoor grills, patio furniture, look no farther than Tri-Supply. I was literally wowed when I walked into their showroom last Saturday. It was a mecca for everything home. Honesty, if you can't find it here, I don't know where you can. The only quibbles I have is that they do have departments and specialists for each department. I worked with Aaron in appliances but he could not help me with anything other than appliances. I also spoke with Kelly the day before by phone--both extremely pleasant to work with. Their computer system is not tied into their floor inventory, and apparently hard for even their staff to navigate, making identification of available stock on floor challenging without eyes on. Their desk phones are not wireless, so checking on an item on the floor means holding or calling back from cellular. This is a small, family-owned business. Now that Harway is no longer family owned and a part of the Ferguson brand, the choices for shopping local are dwindling. But don't let family-owned mean expensive. They price match with big box and offer much better service to compete strongly. Although I did not buy that day, I have them in mind for a couple of items. Recommended. Five stars.

The store personally and product selection were excellent. My installation was awful. The…read moredelivery/install individual was a taciturn man, who appeared anxious to do as little as possible. This individual hooked up both machines and opened the door to leave, I pushed on the washer and observed that it was rocking on the mounting pads. I advised the installer that the machine was not level. His answer, "THAT is a heavy machine!". I agreed, but stated that he maybe should have brought a helper. Not willing to have him leave the machine for me to level; I helped him lift and adjust the leveling feet. After he left, I discovered that he had totally botched the dryer vent installation. There was an extending periscope type duct, that mounted to the machine vent, then went behind the machine and extended the vent to the top of the machine. This allowed for the machine to be placed closer to the wall. This cretin, loosely zip tied the flexible duct tubing to the machine, then zip tied the extendable vent tube to this tubing, then zip tied ceiling vent to top of periscope vent, and dropped the periscope vent in it's entirety, behind the machine. He then left, leaving the dryer about 8 inches from the wall, and without making the water connection for the steam dryer. At 76years old, I wrestled the machine away from the wall to correctly install the vent apparatus; the machine was then placed back into position. It now sits 3" from wall. It is almost level, but i cannot raise it to correctly level it. There is still NO water connection to the dryer. If i had known the installation would be so terrible, i would NOT have purchased the washer and dryer units.

I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled my account. I had been a customer for…read morealmost a year and was enrolled in auto-pay. Unfortunately, I forgot to update the card on file, which caused my payment to fail. However, at no point did anyone call, email, text, or otherwise notify me that my account was past due. What makes this situation even worse is that I called to schedule a service appointment for my dryer. Nobody mentioned a past-due balance. Nobody said, "We can't service the appliance because of your account status." Instead, they sent someone out, and the technician took the washer and dryer without any warning. It felt like the goal all along was to repossess the appliances rather than give me a fair opportunity to correct the billing issue. If I had known there was a balance due, I would have paid it immediately. Why would I call for a service appointment if I knew my account was delinquent? The lack of communication was unacceptable and felt incredibly deceptive. To make matters worse, the woman I spoke with afterward was incredibly rude. She told me I couldn't speak with anyone else because she was "the only one there." She made dismissive comments such as, "We don't send emails for balances," and even suggested that if they had warned me ahead of time, I would have locked my doors to prevent them from taking the appliances. I found that comment insulting and completely unprofessional. She then put me on hold for nearly 20 minutes, only for me to call back and speak with another employee who was much kinder and more helpful. While they eventually agreed to remove some fees, the damage was already done. After this experience, I chose to pay more and rent from a different company because I refuse to continue giving my money to a business that operates this way. Customer service, communication, and transparency matter, and this company failed on all three. I would not recommend them to anyone.
