Someone rear ended my minivan in September 2017 and so I found Allard Collision through Yelp. Although the repair took much longer than Chris estimated, I would still give them four or five stars if not for my recent finding of improper fixing of the back door. It was scratching the paint of the bumper every time it was being closed. I went back to Allard Collision and John said that they would fix it in one working day for free and gave a free rental car. They did all that but left a black stain on the arm of the driver seat and shoe stains on the driver floor carpet. They also didn't paint the edge of the backdoor.... read more

Hands down the BEST customer service I've ever experienced! Had my first car accident and was referred to this body shop by the guys at Riverview Toyota. I was rearended and both my bumpers were totally crushed and now my car looks good as new! They dealt with the insurance company and had me updated every step of the way. They even ordered and installed a faulty part that I noticed was malfunctioning after I drove off the lot (the gas sensor) so I brought it back and they took care of everything for me. I took my Mazda and my Jeep to John at Allard Collision to have them do the repairs. John gave me a quote and the final price out the door was not a penny more than what he quoted me. I had them sand and repaint my hood and apply clear bra. The work was flawless and matches the OEM paint perfectly. I get compliments on the work completed all the time and have referred them to Allard Collision. My Jeep was damaged and the rear tub was bent. John put the Jeep on their frame alignment tool and used hydraulics to push and pull the panels back into place. It's as straight as an arrow now and my door now properly closes. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Very solid work at a very affordable price point. This was all paid out of pocket, no insurance claims. Highly recommend going over to see John (the owner) and take a look at his shop and meet with him. He gives off a good honest vibe, not some creepy shady guy like lots of other body shops are. So this came out of my Pocket more the reason to be picky. Typical Toyota Paint, my 2002 Tundra, the truck runs super, the paint not so much. The truck looks showroom fresh today. I thought the price both times was high but honestly I am tight and always want the best deal ever.. I went along with the work both times and have to say the work was well worth it. I came out feeling I got the best deal in town. Both my vehicles were very well done. Go see John and his associates they were very friendly and professional. you couldnt ask for more than that. Allard Collision was AMAZING. Easy to work with, fantastic customer service, and most importantly, impeccable workmanship. The Details: I had an unavoidable run in with debris while driving in my 2013 Miata. I thought this was not a big deal, but apparently the stars aligned and it struck one of the only unsupported pieces of plastic facia on the front of the car. Needless to say the damage was substantial (picture attached). My wife and I looked long and hard to find a reputable body shop and stumbled across Allard Collision on yelp. From our first phone call our experience was amazing. Kim took our call, she was happy, kind, and went above and beyond to assist us. John and crew made the quotation and dealing with our insurance a breeze. When we dropped off the car Allard had a rental car company pick us up from the shop and take us to our rental car. The work was completed expeditiously with regular updates from the body shop. While preparing to put the finishing touches and paint on the vehicle, Allard spotted a few scratches, minor dents, dings. They offered to repair these while finishing the car (separate from our insurance claim). I also asked for a clear bra (aka paint protection film) to be installed on the newly painted bumper and hood. When we arrived to pick up our Miata... My jaw dropped. It was absolutely perfect, like it was sitting on the showroom floor. I actually asked if they had installed the clear bra.. the Job was so good I couldn't see any of the lines. Allard has earned a customer for life. I have already returned to have a clear bra installed on our other vehicle and referred friends and family for restoration and body work. Met with John and explained to him about the accident I had in winter back in Chicago with a 18 Wheeler. I also sent him a copy of the estimate from Geico. Both John and Kim were great ! Bonus, John was also from the Chicago area :-)) We agreed that I will drop off my car with him when I return back to Chicago. He could repair my car while I "finish" my move from Chicago. I think I did learn from the accident, if you do get involve in an accident with a 18 wheeler, get the plate numbers from the CAB and not the trailer. I rarely post reviews but these guys warranted one. Awesome people all around! They were one of the preferred shops through my insurance, but looking at reviews everywhere I was going to request them anyway. From the receptionists to the workers, I can't recommend them enough. They fixed up my car like new and faster than the time I was given. They communicated with me the whole time and they all had great attitudes. I took it for a drive and it still had a tiny rattle from the damage (it's car repair, you never know if you get everything until the owner takes it for a spin). I called them and they got me in immediately. It took a few test drives and some tweaks, but it's like having a new car all over again. Huge shout out to Scott who went above and beyond. Also, pictures don't do the damage justice, it was pretty extensive underneath. Same with the after pictures, doesn't do the great work justice! read more

Allard did a descent job on my wife's car. They update through the whole process. Made it easy. And it was done in a timely manner. There is a spot on the rear bumper that doesn't line up phill said there's nothing they can do. I don't like hearing that an auto body shop can't line something up right. I was in my first accident a few weeks ago (unfortunately it was my fault). I looked up places on Yelp for the best reviews, and I'm SO glad I came to this place. John, the owner, gave me an estimate within a few minutes on Friday, and I dropped my car off the following Monday. They had enterprise pick me up from the shop and I had my car done the following Monday and they called me with updates. It was done WAY faster than my insurance company was expecting. To make me love this company even more, a few days after I got my car I must have hit something on the freeway or a clip fell or something... the splash guard was rubbing against my tire. They came to me (20 miles away in Scottsdale) on a Friday afternoon and fixed it and ordered me a new one that was there on Monday. Hopefully i'll never get in another accident, but if I do, I won't think twice about where i'm going. Went to have a fender panel fixed. They could have tried to talk me into a whole new bumper, but instead suggested that it was more appropriate given the age of the car to just replace some screws. I went to this shop on the advice of a friend. I started with taking my daughter's 2001 Chevy truck in for a new bed-liner. The work was done quickly and the workmanship was outstanding. (needless to say, she's a happy camper now). I then took in my 2005 Chrysler300C for some front end repairs as we have parked on a couple of curbs over the last several years. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and the workmanship with the car as well. You cannot even tell that they replaced the front end (remember this is an 8 year old car!) After getting the estimate, which was higher than the competition, I decided to go with Allard, here's why: they use OEM parts, not aftermarket stuff of questionable​ provenance. Since I was paying a deductible, this seems like a no-brainer and besides, the customer service really is excellent - just the way you read it on Yelp. If I could rate 100 stars I would for Allard Collision. I bought my 2009 Cyber Gray Corvette from a luxury car broker in Scottsdale. There was some paint and body work needed such as chip repair, scratches, and a cracked edge in the fiberglass door. They had a guy who would come in and fix it up at no cost to me. Supposedly this guy did paint repairs on all of their high end cars. After many unanswered calls to get my car back to them I decided to go to the Chevrolet dealer to get a quote. I was stunned at the cost. I brought the quote and the car back to the broker. They refused to help pay for it, instead insisting their own guy do the work. So I left the car with them. I picked it up later that day and cried all the way home. It looked like he had taken a paint brush to it. The crack in the door was repaired and spot painted in a close color match but not close enough. I called a good friend for a referral and that's how I ended up at Allard Collision. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with smiles by Kim and John, and I felt like I had known them forever. I was comfortable leaving my car with them. It didn't even matter that the quote was less than the dealership. I picked up my car a week later and I am pleasantly surprised by the professional work. My car looks like it just came off the assembly line. The color match is perfect. The finish is perfect. And what cracked edge?! It looks like it never happened. Matching and blending 9 year old metallic paint can't be easy. I couldn't be happier. What a beautiful car! I see one bad review here that doesn't sound like the Allard I know. They used a plastic sheet to protect the floor and kept my car clean. They even cleaned the overspray and mess left by the other guy off the wheels. They told me it would be a 2-4 day project that ended up being a 6 day project but they were waiting on a part to be reconditioned and the Vendor was backed up at his shop. They were excellent at staying in touch by phone,which I appreciated, and reporting everything they had done to my car. They had my pieces put back together and were just waiting on my rim.
