Unorganized liars and crooks. Back in December we had a cracked window, they came to check it out within two weeks. Two months later in Feb they came to replace the glass but brought the wrong window. Said they had to order the right one in. After a lot of time and several phone calls to find out why they hadn't come back to fix it they finally set a time to come back and fix it...in June. I took the day off of work to accomodate their "no installs after 2:30pm policy, which is ridiculous, and wasted it sitting around waiting for them. Nobody knocked on the door or rang the bell. When my property manager phoned them thhey claimed that they had showed up and that I was the one who missed the appointment, for which I was threatened with eviction. Another appointment was set and like a chump I missed another day of work to accomodate their client comes last policy. Shockingly they didnt show up. When I called their office I was first told that they didn't have my work order and that I wasnt even on file. Then I was told I was on file but that I was mistaken about the date of the install and that it actually hadnt even been booked. 10 minutes later they called back to inform me that they had come by to install the window but that I wasn't here for the appointment that they earlier claimed didnt exist... 10 month I have been waiting for a cracked window to be repaired... 3 wasted days of missed wages... literally hours spent on phone calls and emails... the stress and hassle of dealing with their incompetency... what a joke. I've suggeated to my property managers that they demand a refund and hire a different company which is run by people who can at least function at a bare minimum standard.
