Easy to make an appointment, on time and very knowledgeable, honest and good pricing!!!…read more I had another plumbing company come to work on my plumbing and they were dishonest and just wanted more and more money. The other company wanted to tear up my Living room to replace some of the sewer pipe under my home. This was the only option the other company would tell me to repair my kitchen sewer pipe. There would still be 30 feet of old cast iron pipe under my slab which could burst in the future. I decided to get a second opinion. Thank god I did!!! Justin from Aiken Plumbing was my 2nd opinion. He told me just to reroute the plumbing to the outside of my home so I could avoid tearing up the inside of my house and being inconvenienced with the workmen in my home. He said sure it will cost a little more but at least if there were any future problems the plumbing would have easy access in the future. So I went with Justin's advice and used Aiken Plumbing to have our sewer pipe rerouted to the outside of our home. Aiken Plumbing worked hard in the hot sun and removed my pavers nicely and also removed my grass then dug the deep trench. The pipe was then installed and the grass put back. Aiken Plumbing did an excellent job and guess what!!!??? Aiken Plumbing charged me less to do all this extra work than the other company!!!! Aiken Plumbing saved me thousands of dollars and now I have all new pipe going from my kitchen sink to my front yard sewer clean out drain. Plus they did all this work in 2 days!! Give Aiken Plumbing a call you won't regret it!!

I mean, having your drains back-up is a nightmare. He quickly got my drain situation cleared. Then I asked him if he could return soon to replace one of my toilets that had been giving me trouble by the tank filling valve "running" frequently...which costs me extra water charges. I purchased the new toilet myself, and Jack returned three days later to install the new fixture and haul away my old one. He also changed the seat for me, putting the existing seat onto my new toilet (it was much better quality). Jack did such a fine job that I recommended him to my daughter, who lives less than two miles away. She was having the same tank water "running" problem with a very old toilet. She had Jack install the same commode that I had purchased, and now we are both happy. Doheny always does a good job; their plumbers are well trained. Jack was very polite and provided neat work.

After being told by a previous plumber that my bathroom sink drain was broken I sought a plumber…read morethat could scope the drain and provide a solution for its repair. Many of my neighbors in Colony Cove recommended Passionate Plumbers and I'm so fortunate to have followed their advice! Garrett tried to scope the line but found the pipe was misshaped and wouldn't allow the passage of the scope. He then recommended a small drain specialist who could solve the issue and offered to review those plans with me, should I need clarification. I'm so thankful for Garrett's forthrightness. As a senior widowed woman it was reassuring to know I was being told the truth. I'm also very grateful that Garrett didn't charge me for his time, because as he said, "I wasn't able to scope your line." Passionate Plumber will be my ongoing new plumber!!!
