My husband busted some pixels in his screen on his Google Pixel 7 Pro phone and I messaged a few vendors looking for replacement. Andre's response was quick, detailed, but to the point. He was able to order parts, explained the difference between after market and OEM without selling it and have it repaired the next day within an hour as promised! Very friendly and welcoming, not scammy at all which is generally the vibe I get from cell phone repair folks. Would come back again for future repairs, but hopefully don't have to!

Went in to have my phone replaced the bad screen on Samsung galaxy z flip a second week of March…read more2026. I paid over $300 for this service. The phone was working great, I was happy with the work for 2.5 weeks up until yesterday(April 2) I noticed the black line screen damaged and went back to ask the technician if the work guaranteed or warranty for 30 days at least? They replied that can replace another screen with $100 discount which required another new screen put on for another $300 something. They were kind enough to gave me an iPhone charger for free and suggested I should just bring out my old iPhone 7 to use if I didn't repair my phone this time as my alternative. With this economy and specially money didn't grow out of the tree. It's a no-no for me to spend another $300 in less than a month would you? If you want to get anything repaired from this place. Please have it in writing for how long they will warranty their work. Or just put a bandage or a duct tape on it might be smarter move than me.

So…read morelet me just say, I went to try them out and my experience here taught me that you really have to stay on top of your service from here, meaning keep checking in on them, because they will not check in with you. I brought a tablet in to get fixed and they told me that they would order the parts, which would only take 4-6 days to be delivered, and that they should have it fixed within 1 day. I went back in on the 7th day asking for an update (because I didn't get one). They told me that they weren't sure if the parts came in because they didn't check their deliveries. My style isn't to create problems, so I told them I would be back. I asked them if they were going to contact me when it was done, and they asked me for my information. I told them that they should have had it from when I brought the tablet in? It was very strange to me. They didn't send a receipt through email as promised either. At this point, I started to worry a bit that I was going to get scammed, but I held on to faith that they would do the right thing. My husband went to pick it up weeks later and it was ready. My husband asked why they didn't send us an update that it was done. Their response was "it should have been sent out in an email." That email never came. Did they fix the screen? Yes. It was in great condition. I am glad they came through with that. My only issue is the transparency of their process. If you're not on them, I swear they might keep your item, say it was abandoned, or that they never had it. At least that is how my experience with them came off to me. Oh, and make sure you get a receipt before you leave! I can say that that part was my fault, trusting that it would have came through email. I know better now if there is a next time, anywhere.
