Inside the room, there was an Alexa that we could use to play any music we wanted during our session, and plenty of different tools for us to smash things with. The staff were friendly and helpful, and happily took some pictures of us after our session. We also quickly received our smash session video by email after the session ended. As this was the first escape room experience for everyone in our party, there was a natural element of apprehension following the initial briefing and room viewing. We found the experience to be unique, highly engaging, and thoroughly enjoyable. ​The service provided by the front desk gentleman (whose name we unfortunately missed) was exceptional. He was highly informative, provided clear instructions, and offered helpful recommendations for local dining options. The in-game elements were also excellent; clues were delivered effectively, the communication system was clear and easy to understand, and the props and puzzle design were exciting and well-executed. ​The single point of constructive feedback we offer relates to the background music level. We found the volume of the ambient music to be slightly excessive, which occasionally impeded verbal communication among our party members and, at times, made it challenging to clearly receive direction from the remote staff via the communication device. ​Despite this minor operational detail, we enthusiastically recommend this business and anticipate returning soon to try another themed room or the rage room.
