We paid a bit extra for seats in the balcony and it was sweet the way they put nametags out to save our spots, but the noisy crowd directly behind us, non-stop, made it necessary to abandon those seats. The lower level wasn't much better until we moved very close to the stage. If there had been a big crowd, we would have been out of luck. Other friends have had similar experiences. The cocktails were expensive but yummy. The place was clean and cute. It's a shame the crowd was so rude and there's nothing anyone can, or will, do about it.
