If I could rate zero stars I would. They canceled my reservation for a bounce house 20 minutes before it was scheduled to be here for my three year olds birthday party. And this was the second time I had issues with them!!! Never again!!! Customer service was ghetto and unapologetic. They were no help at all and didn't even care. Just unbelievable. The service at this place is awful. My son's party was scheduled on the wrong date. I've been trying to get my refund check for 2 months and they keep promising me without actually giving my money back. I spoke to some lady Michelle multiple times in accounting who keeps promising me that I'll get my money. She even told me she would hand deliver and of course nothing! Moon bounce arrived just as promised, even though it rained they still arrived , wasn't as clean as I would've preferred but it wasn't an issue for me. I highly recommend Spin Around Entertainment! They did a great job dropping and picking up a clean bounce house for my daughter's birthday. It was by far the best deal I found in bounce house rentals, and made an activity that is usually out of the question budget-wise attainable. She even sold me cotton candy sugar at cost for my personal machine (a huge savings from the prices I was looking at online/local vendors). They went above and beyond my expectations. I am so thankful! PS They have great ratings on Groupon. That might be a more accurate representation of this new company at this point. read more

We hired DJ and Photo booth for my daughter's Sweet 16. Both the DJ and the photo booth attendant were on time and helpful and efficient. The footprint for the photo booth was small, which was fine for our venue. - Guests enjoyed the photo booth, but we were surprised the Photo booth attendant did not have any props. We were told it was included. - It was my understanding we had unlimited prints for the photo booth. Guests were given just 1 copy of each photo session. So if there were 3 people, only 1 received a print out. After speaking with them, it seems guests should've requested more copies. It would've been nicer for them to ask up front about copies. - Although we didn't give the DJ any playlists in advance, he did not play enough Top 40. There was just a few popular songs and mostly hiphop. There were a few good line dance songs the kids enjoyed. Next time I would give playlist. - I specifically requested a DJ who would be engaging and get the kids onto the dance floor. He did not need to be "an entertainer", but this DJ did not speak much other than a few announcements. I would have liked a little more involvement from him. Lastly, it is over 2 months and dozens of email exchanges, and I am still waiting for my photo booth pictures. read more

We hired Spin Around last minute for an inflatable bounce house. I called a few times and nothing was available. I sent an email the closer we got just hoping something would come through. Low and behold we got a large inflatable delivered to our house that Saturday. The guys were prompt and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the company. Booked a bounce house and Elmo costume, contract had my address wrong so I emailed them to update it. Day of delivery they still had the wrong address and could not find our location. It happens, it was still early so I let that go. The bounce house should have had a slide but didn't, could have been miscommunication so I called and they said it was too late to get one which is understandable so I let that go. The bounce house was dirty. It was obviously used the day before (my party was on Sunday) and obviously not cleaned. I had to take an hour of my own time on the day of my kids party to dry vac and sanitize the thing. The installer only put two stakes down into the ground so when adults would jump in the bounce house (never reaching the thousand pound limit) the thing would shift and collapse. On top of that the costume given to us was falling apart. The zipper in the back was broken and we were given two safety clips to keep it shut. The helmet had a fan which was pretty cool, but it didn't work. It was unacceptable! read more

I had a horrible experience with this company. Very unprofessional. The device malfunctioned and nobody responded to my complaint for about two weeks. Children got hurt because of the problems occurred. The moon bounce continued to deflate and suffocated children. The manager continuously gave me the run around when I asked for a refund. He originally told me he would refund my money to my account and after 3 weeks, I still did not have the refund. They never responded to emails and my call went unresponsive multiple times. I'm giving this company one star because it seems I can't give them no stars. This company were suppose to provide a bouncy house and funnel cake along with cotton candy for my nieces 1st birthday party. The bouncy house was great and the kids loved it but the funnel cake and cotton candy were unsuccessful because NO ONE GOT ANY FUNNEL CAKE OR COTTON CANDY! When the lady came she had her kids with her which is highly unprofessional and the "test" funnel cake that she made her kids ate. The lady left and said she needed to go buy an extension cord but was gone for almost 2 hours!! When she finally came back my sister was so fed up with her she told her to leave because the party was basically done. My sister called the lady from the entertainment company and said she wanted a refund and they agreed on $100. The party was June 6th it is now July 8th the issues we have gone through with these people they have yet to send the refund. We've all have contacted them on numerous occasions and they still have not sent the refund! My sister even spoke to the owner and he said he was going to send the refund and it was a lie! This is THE WORST company ever I tried to find them on the Better Business Bureau website but they weren't even registered so who knows if they are even a legit company. I'm writing this review so everyone knows they never use this company ever for parties because they are HORRIBLE! read more

We got a 5-hour bounce house and 1-hour character rental (Spiderman) through Groupon for my son's birthday party, and it pains me to write a bad review because the people I dealt with were super nice. First, the positives: scheduling was easy; the people I spoke to on the phone were very pleasant. The two men (let's call them Mr. X and Mr. Y) who set up the bounce house in our basement showed up early, and they were very friendly. Also, the bounce house was sturdy and well made. Now, the negatives. The bounce house smelled. So we went inside, and saw that it was filthy. We sprayed the bounce house with natural odor eliminator, and that helped a bit. One of the men who set up the bounce house (Mr. X) had the most awful, sweaty body odor. In fact, I smelled his b.o. as soon as I opened the front door, before he came into our house. After Mr. X and Y set up the bounce house and left, I had to burn a candle to mask the b.o. This would not have been the worst thing, except that Mr. X and Mr. Y came back to the party a couple of hours later. Mr. Y was in a too-small Spiderman outfit, and Mr. X just followed him around. It was hard to breathe due to Mr. X's b.o., and I could not understand why Mr. X was there, in street clothes, just following Mr. Y around. We reluctantly took a couple of pictures with Spiderman but found Mr. X's b.o. to be unbearable. My husband suggested that we ask both Mr. X and Y to leave because we could not bear to subject our guests to the smell. So we asked both Mr. X and Mr. Y to leave within a few minutes of their arrival. They came back after the party to take back the bounce house, and we tipped them fine because they were so nice and polite. But, we wasted the money on the 1-hour character rental. Note to the company: please make sure that your employees shower before coming to a birthday party. That's just basic business. read more

I hired Spin Around Entertainment to DJ my daughters First Holy Communion this past weekend. Everybody had a great time, as the DJ was GREAT! He kept 35 plus kids entertained for hours. He had a ton of fun games, blow up giveaways, like microphones, Guitars, and Saxophones. Plus the Hula Hoop, Limbo contests and Hot Potato. After reading a few reviews, I was a bit hesitant. I read them all and it looks as if it's mainly one person who had some friends review the same party and it didn't seem legitimate. However, I met with the owner to insure that I wasn't being naive and he couldn't have been nicer. The staff arrived 45 minutes early to set up and when people started arriving, they went right to work. It was a great experience at a more than fair price. My wife liked them so much, she felt like we under paid them for the job and tipped them over 30%. I will definitely use them again in the near future. AAA+++ read more

I called this company 3 weeks ago for my sons elmo costume rental, was never told about a confirmation that was needed so when I went to pick up the costume the day of the party I was told "I didn't comfirm and the office is closed" when I called the main number I was given the runa round and told I would receive a call in 10 mins. This company sent me a leaking bounce house that was full of holes. We didn't want it but the party was starting and it would have taken 2 hours for them to bring us a new one. The thing kept falling over and collapsing on the little kids till we eventually just got everyone out of it. They promised me a refund and then when it didn't come and i called back, conveniently the girl i had talked to was let go. So i began again with someone else who told me i would get a refund and now she won't answer the phone or call me back. I get sent right to voicemail when I call. Really disappointing since this is the 2nd time i had a bounce house from them, the first occasion was fine. read more
