I called ahead to see what time they would be coming to set up the day before to be sure someone was home, but they said they do not give out times. By the time I got to my in-laws, it was dark out. I accounted for everything being there. The next morning, when we went to set up for the party, we noticed many of the products we ordered were damanged. The tent had a huge black stain, the table clothes were mis matched shapes and also stained, and the cushions to the chairs didn't match. Newtown Party Rental is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so there was no one to contact at the time. We did the best we could with the products we received. I sent them an email on Monday morning, including pictures, which they did not answer. My fiancé called them on Friday and they said they would answer my email. They then answered stating that they would not do anything being that I did not let them know the day of. I wanted everyone to know of this situation when planning their events so that the same thing doesn't happen to them!

I took my daughter and two nephews and we had a good time looking at the animatronics and seeing all the spooky decorations. The costumes don't seem to change too much over the years, and I recall seeing many of the same one years ago, would be good to have some updated ones to choose from. We spent our time trying on a few masks and the kids chased each other around and with swords and weapons.
