The rentals seem to be i about 4-5 hour blocks, but when I said my party didn't start until 5, they offered to come around 3:30 so that the frozen drink machine had time to freeze up. The gentleman was super professional, didn't need any help at all. set up and take down each took about 30 minutes, maybe longer. Pick up went super smoothly. He helped me clean the machine, even though I said I would do that before he got there! The yard was WAY darker then i thought, but he didn't complain one bit about taking down the bounce house in the dark.I rented both machines for $400. Deposit of $50 was made prior to online. Was told they would not set up tent in the drizzling rain because "it wasn't safe for their employee" despite being confirmed through text they would do set up. The day I was supposed to receive my tables and chairs I got a phone call telling me that they would drop them off, but they couldn't be outside in the rain and when I asked them what I was supposed to do with the tables and chairs I was renting they said "don't you have any to store them". very unprofessional very weird request to a customer to store their tables and chairs. Was told I could set up tent myself but wasn't provided directions. I asked repeatedly for directions on how to set up tent and was told it's a pop-up tent repeatedly without any more instruction than that. When I asked if I would be liable for breaking something that I was being asked to put up without directions, I received no response and she walked away and took a phone call. Was never provided a contract upon booking despite asking for one (which I have proof of asking for) was told I can just find it on their website which I still cannot find any proof of contract stating they cannot set up tent in the rain. I Could've understood if it was down pouring outside, but it was literally drizzling the entire day hence the need for a tent. If setting a tent up in rain is such a risk for your employees why would you request your untrained customer to do so without directions yet have claims on website you "go the extra mile to make customers happy". Was told they expected me to cancel my party because it was lightly raining. I don't know what type of business would rent tents to people who plan in advanced for adverse weather and expect them to cancel their party because of the rain. Just overall poor customer service. I've read multiple reviews that claim they go above and beyond which is why I decided to book through this company however it's unfortunate that was not my experience whatsoever. I paid over $400 to set up a tent myself with no directions, set up tables and chairs, myself breakdown tables and chairs the following day. Upon pick up the owner asked me why I didn't break the tent down myself, despite our previous conversation that her employees would put the tent up and take the tent down. And tables and chairs were returned all cleaned, which is not how I received them.
