We hosted a Friendsgiving for 20 people in the Conshohocken area and needed a very last minute rental of tables and chairs. I found Big Bang on google the day before, at 4pm on a Sunday, and I was kindly greeted immediately by Felicia. Even being the day before my event, the pricing was very reasonable and competitive to other places in the area, actually costing less than everywhere else I had tried to call before finding Big Bang. Regardless of it being a Sunday evening, I was immediately sent over an invoice and confirmation for my rental which was very comforting as a customer trying a new company. I knew that even with the stress of coordinating my Friendsgiving, that I had one less thing to worry about because I could rely on Big Bang. The day of the event, my tables and chairs arrived right on time at 11am for when I reserved them and were picked up at 11:30pm on the dot as per my request. Truly phenomenal customer service to have a pickup so late at night so that I wouldn't have to have a 2-day rental.
