Yesterday's celebration was held at their RED PINE INN. What a beautiful, heavily pine wooded space! Lots of twinkley white lights too. So cozy!!! We gathered for a 30th Anniversary wedding vow renewal. The bride came down the spiral stairs and the day flowed so nicely from there. The Masso's package chosen included really quality hors d'oeuvres, probably eight choices of meats, pastas, and vegetables, a dessert table and toasting champagne. The bride told mw that the gorgeous cake was included in the (reasonable) price! Love it! God knows when Ill be back but hope to return to this specific room!

The owner, Kevin Karcher was very responsive on email and by phone from the time I requested an initial quote, to questions I had only days before my event. The guys that set up the chairs & barrels on the day of my wedding were on time, very professional, and consulted me on the arrangement of the chairs & 2 whiskey/wine barrels before setting up. The ceremony set up was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this reputable events company!

The place itself overall is clean and enjoyable, there's more than enough room for lots of table rounds (large fit well), with comfy seats and a decent dance floor. But what I'm really here to write about is the service. Impeccable. I've worked for catering services and it's not always easy but this place and its staff make it seem low key but on time. They've got it together. Entire staff was accommodating and kind. Food arrived hot, cooked right, and flavorful without being over the top. Kitchen knows what they're doing. Book your thing here. It probably has everything you need for the best price you can get for a party, prayer, or a Saturday afternoon at the park. The selection of balloons are exceptional. I seen one that lights up and I still haven't seen that at party city (I'm not saying it doesn't exist). If you don't start here, you should certainly finish when handling your next "thing". Overall the store was clean and less cluttered than I remember. It smelled clean. The reason for the 3 star comment above is due to my past visit as this is my second visit. I ventured into this store and while they had the things I needed, (I even found the same party supplies previously purchased at a higher price from a different party store). Things were moldy and dusty and dirty. And overall it was gross. It took 3 years and desperation to try this again. I had to look for a crown. I'm happy I tried it again.

During such an emotional time, they made one part of the planning incredibly easy. The booking process was simple, their communication was excellent, and they arrived on time with everything set up and ready to go before our guests arrived. The photo booth itself was beautiful, clean, and featured fun props that encouraged everyone to participate. The photo quality was outstanding, and the digital sharing option was a huge hit. Guests loved being able to instantly save and share their photos while also leaving with a special memory from the day. What meant the most to our family was seeing everyone gathered together, smiling, laughing, and taking pictures while celebrating my dad's life. It brought moments of joy during a difficult day and gave our family and friends lasting keepsakes we'll always cherish. So many guests commented on how much they loved the photo booth, and there was almost always someone using it throughout the service. The service was absolutely worth every penny. Bee Scene Celebration Rentals was professional, reliable, and helped make our memorial even more meaningful. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and quality of service, and we would gladly book them again for future celebrations. If you're looking for a photo booth company that truly delivers a wonderful experience, I highly recommend Bee Scene Celebration Rentals.
