Highly recommend! The staff /owners very prompt and efficient with emails and our order! We ordered a Tent with lights that absolutely made the event so nice! Our guests didn't wanna leave.. the lights made it feel like they were sitting in their living room! We also ordered the 4ft ice table. This was a hit! The cold salads stayed cold all night! Where do I begin?? I'll start with the customer service. Amy Buller deserves five stars plus two more!! She was super helpful, patient and polite. I needed tables, chairs, napkins and place settings for 24 guest for my rehearsal dinner. Amy stepped me through my choices for the table sizes based on the room dimensions, and plate setting options. The website for placing your order is easy, clear and descriptive, so you know exactly what you are getting. I requested an early morning delivery and I got a window between 7:00 - 12:00 pm time frame. I called and asked Amy if my drop off could be as close to 7:00 am as possible, she couldn't guarantee the time because the deliveries are based on drop off locations/ towns. But guess what... the awesome delivery team was at my door at 7:05 am on my scheduled day. The delivery team was quick and careful when dropping off the items. I also loved the fact that the place settings did not require cleaning upon return. I just had to put the dishes, cups and utensils back in the crates.... Done!! Oh one more awesome thing that Amy did, I ordered the wrong tablecloth size and realized it the same day of my event. Amy to the rescue called the warehouse for them to pull the correct cloth size and had it waiting for me to put it up at no charge. I really appreciated that because I was panicking. t was great working with Dane for tables, chair, and linens for our wedding day. From the beginning, he was very receptive to my ideas and offered different options for pulling them off. He was quick with responses and super easy to work with and communicate with.
