The food is very good, let's face it we don't expect five star in catering but my salmon was tender and the sides were great. Bar was pleasant. The place itself overall is clean and enjoyable, there's more than enough room for lots of table rounds (large fit well), with comfy seats and a decent dance floor. But what I'm really here to write about is the service. Impeccable. I've worked for catering services and it's not always easy but this place and its staff make it seem low key but on time. My friends booked this place for a brunch/lunch baby shower and everything was lovely. The staff was polite, friendly and on top of everything. I sadly didn't get many pictures of the venue itself but it was clean and beautiful. Out front is a beautiful fountain and they even have a gazebo if you want to take a few instagrammable pics. To be honest the location seemed out of place but wasn't too hard to find. I really liked how charming and elegant the entrance area was, and there are multiple rooms you can rent. I'm not sure on rental prices since I was not hosting the event but I can say the rooms are large and open and can hold a good amount of guest. Came here for a Christmas party. The people working were very nice. Everyone from the coat check, to the wait staff, to the bartender made sure you got what you needed and did it pleasantly. Never did a dirty plate or dish sit long. They set up and broke down service tables quickly and quietly. The place was bright and clean. It felt big md spacious. I liked the food. The salad bar had a lot to offer and everything was fresh. In addition, a cold noodle salad was memorable. The hot menu was tasty although not low cal! And the desserts were delicious. After a number of emails about being able to accommodate me with under the minimum of 100 guess, multiple emails, and even a phone call the morning of.... I drove 2+ hours to have a tour. They weren't prepared and after 2 minutes of the tour, she acted like I was wasting her time. She was searching for things wrong with what I WANTED without even asking. After showing me the room she basically picked apart my questions to quickly get me out. told me for the number of guests, I'd just be able to use a restaurant. No one can do a wedding for 80 people!!! To bad there are two amazing places near them that will do a 50 person wedding and it doesn't smell like old soap and moth balls. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding over the summer, and we had the bridal shower here. The staff was absolutely amazing, and could not have done enough to help us. They brought out dollys at the end of the shower, and helped us cart the massive amount of gifts to various cars (we should have rented a U-Haul... it was insane!). The shower was a surprise to the bride, and the staff kept an eye on the front door and ran to tell us when she had arrived so that we could be ready. The room was nice, although it seems better suited for a shower than a wedding. There wasn't anything wrong with it; it just seemed a little too casual for a large wedding. The reason they do not get more than 3 stars is the food. The food alone would have earned then 0 stars, if possible. It was bland and severely overcooked, to the point where it was mushy and completely unappetizing. We had a chicken dish, a pasta dish with red sauce, and shrimp. I had recently attended a Benefit at Paris. Parking was No Problem with a covered Carport to drop off / pick up guests. Very nice entrance way and banquet area. Acoustics are excellent for Live Music. Dance floor located in the center of room which is nice. Food was above Average Catered Food. Promptness and delivery of the food was Excellent! We were recently there for a wedding reception. Nice venue, but the food and service was VERY SUBPAR. I ordered my filet medium, but it came out well done and bland. My potatoes came out cold. There was also a shortage on filet, so they were asking (demanding) that 15 people volunteer to change their order to chicken. Not to mention, the Banquet Manager Diane involved the groom, by asking him to make this unusual/inappropriate request of his guest. Diane is definitely in the wrong job/field, because she was/is extremely rude, unapproachable by guest and her staff, and has limited (if any) customer service skills. Their lack of proper food planning and poor handling of "their" problem only exasperated the issue. I would not and can not recommend this place, especially for a wedding. We cannot say enough great things about Paris Caterers! They have gone above and beyond to make our wedding day run smoothly, especially in 2020. They followed all CDC and state guidelines to ensure everyone was safe and had a great time, and had both indoor and outdoor options available when needed. They were quick to respond to emails with any questions we had, and thought through every small detail. The food was amazing, the staff was clean & efficient, & their outdoor garden area was a beautiful place to take our wedding photos. I am glad the groom left a nice review for you AS HE SHOULD NOT HAVE SEEN THE YELLING BY DIANE OR THE LACK IF MEAL PLANNING ON PARIS' CATERERS BEHALF. That was noticed my several guests and left a bad taste in all of our mouths. You should perhaps spend more time focusing on how to improve that instead of commenting on our reviews with no helpful insight. Have a great day!******************. was on site to attend a wedding at this location yesterday. The ceremony and the cocktail hour went by beautifully. However during the reception, there were a few things that gave me cause for concern. The manager (Diane)spoke rudely to her staff on several occasions, loud enough for the guests to hear. She got upset when several guests may have possibly been at the wrong table. She loudly chastised her staff to STOP taking dinner orders while this was being addressed, which in turn led to a rude announcement being made over the mic. At some point during the course of dinner it was determined that there were not enough steak dinners to match the amount of guests that ordered it. I don't know if this was due to the venue not preparing enough or if folks changed their order when it was being taken. HOWEVER-this is something that the groom SHOULD NOT have had to make an announcement over the mic to get volunteers to change dinners. This could have and should have been handled BY THE VENUE without the bride and the groom EVER knowing this information!! At the same time, Diane shouted that the bar is closed and told everybody to go back to their seats. All of this was very unprofessional and let me know that I would never choose this location to host an event if she was in charge of it. These sentiments were echoed by those at my table, as well as various other guests. If you want to provide a service as a wedding venue, then I suggest making some changes. The remainder of the staff were great (shout out to Debbie and the female bartender) despite having a leader that clearly lacks skills needed for the service industry. *ETA* if I had to review on food alone I would give them two stars. Trying to find where to start due to there being so many great things I can say about Paris Caterers, Diane, Nicole and all of the staff at this establishment. Let me say as the Groom and Bride we know that alone comes with A LOT of stress, but due to the professionalism of this place especially from Diane from beginning to end, stress is something that really was never a factor. This was shown when the groom the day before was really upset about people cancelling to that day and changing guest, Diane reassured him that everything will be ok and that it will all workout and from that point on that is what happened. Yes, know wedding I have been apart of or been to has ever been perfect. But even with the minor hiccups the Groom and Bride had the wedding of their dreams and have been the talk amongst their family and friends every since their big day (8/18/19). The ceremony was absolutely amazing and the setup was one that we will always remember. The cocktail hour was something that everyone was and continues to go crazy over to the point that many expressed being surprised when the reception began because they didn't know where they would be putting the rest of their food. The reception was one for the record books and even with a few hiccups here, it didn't stop the celebration or party from stopping and that could never happen without the help of Paris Caterers team (Diane and Nicole). Overall, our day was everything that we could've hoped for and we would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for everything and I wish you guys nothing but the best in the future. I'm very surprised at some of the poor reviews. Just came from a wedding here tonight, and the staff and service was PHENOMENAL! I can't say anything better about them. Diane and Sharon made sure that everything went smooth and perfect. They really went above and beyond. The bartender was also courteous and made great drinks as well. The food was decent, not the best, but it wasn't bad. The orderves were better than the actual meal in my opinion, and they also brought out a nice selection of desserts as well. Fantastic!!!! The service and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, professional. I had my wedding there over the weekend. The food was served hot and was prefect. The buffet line move quickly and no one had a long wait. There was never a dirty plate or empty drink on the table, however I never saw the wait staff carrying plates. They were never in the way but always there when needed. Everything ran smoothly even with the couple last minute changes that had to be made. Every need of the entire bridal party and guest were meant. The flower girls meal was served before he ceremony so she was not hungry during the ceremony. I had a guest with several food allergies and they made her a special meal. The I'm house DJ was awesome and the bakery that did the wedding cake was wonderful. The best venue. My daughter had her Sweet 16 here on Nov 24, 2017 and they did an exemplary job making sure that her party would look great. I can't thank Keith and Bob and their staff enough. From the day we signed up, around January 2017 through the day of the event they constantly made us feel were taken care of. I truly made a great choice of a local venue. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had my baby shower here and it was the WORST experience ever. First of all we paid for more people then could actually come so you would think that they would have at least had enough food for the ones that did come! Food was just ok but beware they almost ran out of all the entrees(so embarrassing). They started giving ridiculously small portions towards the end to try to hide it. They tried to give me 2 small shrimp as my entree! And the ac broke in July and they tried to deny it until the very end of the event. Hello I was 8 months pregnant and all my guests were wiping sweat off their faces!!! Don't tell me the ac is as high as it can go!!!!!! And we weren't even close to the max capacity for that room so it was not normal body heat raising the temp of the room. Also the party manager was so rude and awful to me, the pregnant celebrant, during the whole a/c debacle. So I would Never EVER recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy!!!! read more

We couldn't have been happier on our wedding day thanks to Paris caterers and their staff who made our day truly special. The staff was very helpful throughout our entire planning process, ensuring every detail was just as we wanted. The ballrooms in their new location are beautiful and the up lighting in the rooms really captured that. The food was delicious and the chefs were more than happy to accommodate our special requests. The waitstaff and bartenders were so friendly and attentive, they went out of their way to please us and our guests. Dance Party DJs also did an amazing job making sure the dance floor was always packed. Our guests are still raving about what a wonderful time they had! You can definitely see the pride the owners and staff have at Paris Caterers; they made our day truly unforgettable.
