We've rented a limo bus on Friday May 31, 2019. It was a bad experience and I'm very disappointed. I'm sorry to say that but the car doesn't belong on the road. It's old and the car needs lots of work in order to be used. The shocks in the vehicle are so bad that it makes the car sway on turns. Bad shocks made the ride so bumpy that even smallest hole in the road was uncomfortable, making us fly up and caused us to spill our drinks all over our outfits. Some of the cup holders are just an empty holes and we didn't notice it in the dim light, placing a beer bottle in making it fall into the hole and spilling everything, everywhere. Cheap tiny cups, few napkins and no ice. The air conditioner was not working properly.The fan couldn't be controlled, blowing on the highest speed which made the inside of the vehicle uncomfortably cold. When the driver tried to lower the fan down all it did it started blowing extremely hot air from underneath the seats. So we were either freezing or suffocating from heat, there was no in between. The only thing we were satisfied with was the driver who was very nice and tried to make us feel somewhat comfortable even though it wasn't easy. For the amount of money you guys are charging for practically few hours the cars should be inspected before every trip and run great because to me the condition of the car was completely unacceptable and completely spoiled our trip and fun. Warning and word to the wise, do not even attempt to work with this company. Beyond unprofessional, had reached out and was impossible to finalize contract with (due to need a few changes of details in the contract being incorrect). I was told party bus was on hold for me only to be screwed and called a week before the event and being told the owner gave it away to another wedding group they were working with the same day. I had called daily and emailed everyother day for 2 weeks to finalize with no return emails or calls. If they tell you have it reserved for you - do NOT believe them. After working in the customer service industry myself for many years, I am blown away how this can even fly. Do yourself a favor and do not even call. To add insult to injury they said they would help me secure another bus, but that was a lie. read more

My siblings and I threw a "Trip Down Memory Lane" party for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We took them to over 15 places - where they met, where they got married, their first home, etc. Some places we stopped, others we just drove by. Cross Keys Coach did an AMAZING job! Everything about my experience with Cross Keys Coach was excellent. The quoting process (through Yelp) was simple and Don replied promptly every time. When I called to firm up the details, I dealt with Fran and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was originally looking for no-frills transportation to and from Citizens Bank Park, but after discussing my plans, the reason for the trip (wife's 40th birthday), and the number of people being transported (9), she recommended the limo bus. Best decision ever! George (our driver) arrived with the coolers stocked with ice and bottled water, the AC blasting, and the laser lights and music going. Everyone, from my 6-year-old son to my 73-year-old father, enjoyed the ride to and from the game. We had agreed on a 10:30pm pickup time, but the game was moving slowly and then there was a rain delay, so George texted me to let me know that he would be happy to change the pickup time so we could see the whole game. So incredibly courteous! He even took a bunch of pictures of our group before and after the game and then sent them to me the next day. I will definitely be using Cross Keys Coach (and requesting George) in the future. read more

The gentleman that picked us up on our return didn't seem to happy because we took to long going through customs but hey it's the philly airport. We had a wedding in NY to go to - from South Jersey. We decided at the last minute (the day before) to book the limousine with Cross Keys Coach. With an email quote, and a quick phone call we were booked. The driver was on time to pick us up. We had an easy ride to Flushing for the wedding, then into Manhattan for the reception. Then home again that night. Not only was our driver courteous and friendly to us - he was courteous and friendly to other drivers on the road. Even nicer, when we got to the church, he asked if the bride was using another limo service...AND offered to give her water as she came out of the church as he knows that after the ceremony she might need some water. Yes, I did receive the first quote emailed to me indicating that you would be picking up at the Boathouse at 11:00 pm & dropping off at the Crowne Plaza at 2:00 am. Realizing that the drop off time was incorrect and also the pick up at the Crown Plaza was not indicated...I replied to your email as follows: Hi Don, Thank you for the quote listed below. Just wanted to confirm that the wedding starts at 5:30 pm so the pick up time from the Crowne Plaza on 6/15 should be 4:30 or 4:45 and the wedding ends at 11:00, so the pick up/drop off time from the Boat House on 6/15 should be at 11 pm. There is approximately 25 to 30 people at this point in time, and I'm not sure if more people are going to reserve a room. If they have to make 3 trips, would there be a difference in price? Does the $180.00 include tax and gratuity? Also, the spelling of my last name is incorrect. Jackie 2. I received a second quote indicating you were picking up at the Crowne Plaza and dropping off at the Boathouse for $180.00, but did not mention the return trip. Then I received a third quote which indicated picking up at The Crowne Plaza-dropping off at the Boathouse and also picking up at the Boathouse-dropping off at the Crowne Plaza. I also never received a response to either of my two telephone calls, wherein I spoke to a woman and she advised she would have to get back to me. 4. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding because of the three quotes, but I could not get a response from your office. You should not send out a quote indicating all drop offs and pick ups with the total amount as $180.00. If I could attach all the quotes to this review, it would prove everything. Very professional and reasonable priced car service; perhaps most importantly, Woody the driver was early to pick my parents up both in NJ and in Philadelphia. The town car was clean and comfortable and I was able to relax from 250 miles away while Cross Keys Coach took care of my elderly parents. I hired coach limo to pick up family from the airport and drop them off at my home. The driver did not get out of the car to put their bags in nor did he remove their bags when they arrived, same thing with the pick up and drop off back at the airport. I paid a gratuity , helping them with the luggage is a part of that. He was also 45 minutes early picking them up for the return trip so my relatives felt rushed to go.I called the owner about my concerns, he told me that even if he was there early that they didn't have to leave early, which is fine however, why not tell me prior to the arrival that he might be early but that they wouldn't need to leave early. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It's a shame because the one lady we talked to was very professional, helpful and polite. That was Pattie. Pattie went out of her way each time we called to make alternate suggestions so she could accommodate us, but the problem was the first obnoxious airhead we talked to Leeanne. My friends had used Crosskeys coach at least a dozen times and had warned me about Leanne, and said to only talk to Pattie. I didn't listen. For those of us that are not on Facebook, this Leeanne is apparently on every yard sale and junk site out there. She was SO UNPROFESSIONAL. We think she gave us a price too low because it was crazy low. We called back to book the limo bus 10 minutes later but all of a sudden it was booked. Another nice lady said it had been booked for "awhile". We thought that was weird so we called back the next morning talked to Leanne again and was told "yeah it's still available, the other lady is new and doesn't know anything". Leanne told me to call back with my credit card when I got home but she would hold it for us. I did call back that afternoon and asked for a quote for the same trip. I was told it was available but for a higher price than Leanne gave us. Just what we thought. I asked when Leanne would be in again and the other lady said the nex morning she only works mornings. We called back the next morning and got Leanne and asked what was up and told her about our last 3 phone calls. She immediately tried to dance around the issue and I asked for the manager or Pattie. Leanne said that she was the manager and would just put the price through for us and for us not to say anything to anyone. I was afraid we would get stuck so I asked to talk to Pattie but was told no! Without putting us on hold Leanne started talking to someone else who I think was the other lady I talked to the day before. We all heard the other lady tell Leanne that she better let Pattie or Dom handle it because she had already screwed it up. We heard the whole conversation where the other lady said that Leanne had told us the wrong price without calling Dom and some other company and getting a price from the other company. I'm not sure what they meant by that. Leanne left the phone off the hook for almost 25 minutes and never got back on with us. I hung up and called back from a different # but when Leanne answered she must have recognized my voice and told me Pattie wasn't there. I left my number but never got a call back. We didn't want anymore crap, so we booked with another company Alberts. Paid more with Alberts but no hassle or double talk. Our friends called 3 weeks ago and got Pattie. They booked without a problem and said Pattie was outstanding and I don't doubt it. They said Pattie gave them suggestions that saved them almost $300 by going with a smaller limo since there was only 4 of them. We decided to give Crosskeys coach another try this week for our company outing but Leanne answered and when I asked for Pattie I was told she had been fired. In our opinion the owner lost his best employee and got stuck with a yard sale junkie. And when assistant looked on Facebook Leanne had a new title. If she is in charge of their Reservations and promotions they will be out of business soon or using their cars for yard sale tours. read more

I am a little late in this review but I wanted to post when i got a chance. I do not usually post but the wife keeps asking if i did the yelp for our nice night out. You know what they say , Happy wife equals happy life so here you go. I have to say this service is outstanding. We recently had an anniversary and our kids booked this limousine service and they were 15 minutes early, very nice, very accommodating and the limousine was fully stocked with ice cold water. Our drivers name was Mike and he was absolutely the nicest person we have ever had while taking a limousine. He was over and above what you would expect a driver to be. In this day in age you do not always get what you pay for and we feel that we received service more than what our kids paid for because this man was absolutely outstanding to us with great sports conversation and his wittiness was a lot of fun as well.It was very interactive and he was very informative about places to go and places to eat in the city. We very much enjoy quality service and quality people as we don't get out that often in a setting such as this. I don't know if anyone reads these things but I wanted to make sure that this review hopefully is read by someone that is in a position of power for this company as the service was outstanding the car was extremely clean and very comfortable and Cross Keys coach is an outstanding company. I would recommend this company and this driver to anyone as they were both outstanding. Thank you for making our anniversary such a wonderful time and the restaurant you recommended was phenomenal. We recently used Cross Keys Coach for transport to the airport for a ski trip. The driver should up an hour early, which was a good thing, because he had a limo and not a van. When he was informed that it was 5 people with 4 ski bags and luggage he went back and returned with a van, which accommodated us perfectly. However on the return trip the owner informed us that if we didn't use a limo we would charge us extra. He claimed that it cost three times as much to run a van to the airport as opposed to the limo and that he always used the limo for people going on ski trips. Loading the skis into the limo was difficult and the ride home from the airport was extremely uncomfortable as the skis took up all of the floor space and we had to almost lie on top of the skis. We have done many ski trips and the transportation was always a van or bus. The owner was very arrogant on the phone and we will never use this company again. read more
