On the day of the wedding the driver arrived promptly and was very accommodating. The vehicle itself was old. It jerked us every time he had to accelerate. I swear my hair came loose on the the drive from all the whiplash that was happening. Was very disappointed about the vehicle itself. I wasn't sure if we were going to make it to the venue at one point as the transmission just wouldn't budge but thankfully we got there and back. Booking process was easy and the owner was flexible.

They have a fleet of nice cars that they keep VERY clean (Suburbans, Tahoes, Town Cars, MKTs, ES350s are all ones I have been in). They are also highly competitive in price (I also get an even better rate having used them regularly for a few years), and they have both my corporate and personal cards they keep on file for my convenience. My pick from my home was at 7am. Tammy picked us up on time at 7am in a bus. I requested a limo. I'll let that go. We went off on our cruise. On Friday I found out our ship was delayed due to the storm. We would not dock at 8am instead we would dock at 2pm. The concierge at the Haven called the Ron Borden first time he left a message. Second time with my guest in front of him, got hold of Ron. He let him know would need to change the arrival time to 3:30pm fir the 8th. Sunday around 1 I get a call from Ron while still in the harbor. He had me booked for a car to be there Saturday. Not Sunday. He sent someone there Saturday. So I told him well that's not what I booked when I spoke to your office. He proceeded to let me know this was not his office's fault it was mine and they dont made mistakes. Well now I have to pay an extra 150 to have them get to us. We had no way home if we didn't pay it. So he told me he would be at the port by 6pm. We got off the ship at 330pm and waited. He didn't arrive at the port till 730 pm. I will not recommend a company that tells there clients they are liers. I've used this company 2 times before both to the port in NY. Both thimes sunday to sunday. 100% the worst experience ever. The owner Ron is a disrespectful rude person. DO NOT USE BORDEN LIMO

After calling us and the ship concierge liars and charging us more for their mistake, they then left us waiting at port for an additional 5 hours to be picked up. This company needs all new management, including the owner. It was probably the worst customer service and business practices I have ever witnessed. The discount is not worth it. I'd rather pay more for better service. Hire them at your own risk. You've been warned.

Hassan responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave a price quote for the type of car service that I need. He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. He helped us with our suitcases and drove us safely to the airport. The car was very clean and in great condition. Overall, it was very excellent experience. I will definitely book with them again.

Shame of King Limo ! Went to the Trusit Golf Tournament yesterday with my wife. Being disabled and…read morehaving to use a Rollator we checked with the PGA about parking and handicap transportation. We go to the designated handicap parking and we're happy to see a handicap van waiting. The van was empty and just sitting there. I walked over with my Rollator to get on and the older white haired driver said he wouldn't take me unless I was in a wheelchair ! We tried to reason with him and show him I was truly disabled. He said for me to walk down to a coach bus 100 yards away ! I can't even get onto a regular bus. Luckily we found a parking attendant who went to him and told him to drive us to the course ! Needless to say we were upset. After 30 minutes he finally took us to the tournament. On the return we luckily found another King Limousine handicap van driver who was incredibly nice and helpful. We appreciated him. When we returned to the handicap lot the same older white haired driver was still sitting in his empty van doing nothing. Hopefully no one else has to be subjected to such miserable service.
