The ride was easy to book online but if you need to change the reservation, you have to call a number and it's a guy picking up who doesn't answer the phone with the name of the company or anything, and he's also very abrupt. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

Living in South Philly and having your wedding in Media presents some difficulties. First and…read moreforemost is transportation. When my fiance and I decided to get a limousine, we really didn't know what to expect. We had never rented one or done anything like this. From the moment my bride-to-be made the first call to Secrets, we knew we had made the right choice. She spoke with Flo, who walked her through every step of the process. She was nice, fun to speak to, and actually engaged her in conversation. Subsequent conversations were equally wonderful. We changed the pickup/dropoff times more than once, and each time they made it easy. The day of the wedding was just as excellent. Our driver, Bryan, was super relaxed and level-headed even as the bride and groom were crunched for time. He came into the house, grabbed the dresses, gently tucked them into the back of the van and was a general help. Once there, he brought everything inside and simply went above and beyond the call of duty. Bryan listened to our suggested routes and changed on the fly, without as much as a peep of protest. On the way home, he assisted us getting in and out of the vehicle, even moving the van closer to our reception site just to make it easier on some of our less-agile passengers. Total professionals. Better than we could have hoped for in our wildest dreams.

I needed transportation from Center City, Philadelphia to Philadelphia International Airport with 10 luggages and another passenger with me. Hassan responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave a price quote for the type of car service that I need. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. He helped us with our suitcases and drove us safely to the airport. The car was very clean and in great condition. Overall, it was very excellent experience. I will definitely book with them again.

They were able to work with me and my price point, and despite it being so close to the holidays and also a last minute idea - they found the perfect vehicle to escort me, my son and his 3 best friends to his birthday party in the city. Their driver was exceedingly professional, and when the kids got into the car there were balloons, ambient lighting, interactive iPads with game and music options, a crown for the birthday boy and they even gave him a gift which was above and beyond expectations. I was also able to relax, which I never would have done driving on my own with 4 boys into the city, and feel safe as we got to his party destination on time, and in style! When it was time to head out our driver was right there, ready to take us back home. There were waters and even gum - I could go on and on. I have used other transportation services in the area and they are fine - they arrive on time, we would get to where we needed to go but there was never any special touch despite it being so expensive. Everyone always says, you get what you pay for - but with Line Limo - we got WAY more than what we paid for - which by the way was significantly less than any other transportation service I contacted between Delaware Montgomery County PA and south NJ - including other KOP locations - we will recommend them to family/friends exclusively going forward. I have so much gratitude for the way they were able to put everything together to make my son's birthday so memorable and special. We will never forget this day!

The dispatcher called me back immediately after I left a message with the company, and was friendly and helpful in coordinating travel details for an airport pickup for my parents, who are... not technology friendly. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! ETA - this company and 1 Luxury Limousine are the same company. (Reviews are pretty great on both.) Not sure why there are two profiles, but it seemed worth mentioning.

They upgraded my reservation from a standard SUV to a luxury SUV at no additional cost. After collecting eight quotes for transportation from Philadelphia to Newark Airport, Colonial Liberty Limo was the most reasonable option--about $200 less than five of the other companies. I chose them based on their excellent recent reviews on both Yelp and Google. **Communication and Reliability** When I reserved the trip, they immediately sent a confirmation email. The day before and morning of our departure, they texted me updates confirming that our driver was en route. Our driver arrived 45 minutes early, which turned out to be perfect timing since I had underestimated how long it would take to get my family of four and six suitcases organized and loaded into the vehicle. **Service Quality** Our driver was polite, professional, and friendly throughout both legs of our journey. I felt completely safe, and we arrived at Newark Airport on time without any issues. For our return trip, the driver maintained constant communication about his location around the airport. Despite heavy traffic around Newark, picking up my family and luggage was effortless, and we arrived home safely, quickly, and comfortably. **Overall Experience** I highly recommend Colonial Liberty Limo and will definitely use their services for future transportation needs. Their combination of competitive pricing, reliable service, and professional drivers made our airport transfers stress-free and pleasant.
