We drove through all FIVE boroughs if NY trying to find access to the PORT and finally arrived with only minutes to spare. We had left Philadelphia like 4 hours prior!!!! The driver arrived to pick them up after flying ALL NIGHT and this fool went to the DOMESTIC terminal, waited an hour and then left!!!!! IRELAND PICKUP should have been at the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL!!!!! So my family was LEFT STRANDED at NEWARK airport with NO WAY home to Philadelphia and this limousine service stated IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT and would NOT reimburse the money paid!! We just used them for three airport trips (PHL) and all three times the interior of the cars were dirty. The first trip was for someone coming to see us at our home and he reported the car was dirty, with coffee spills down the door, dog hair and dog slobber on the window. We used the service a couple of days later and had the same driver/car (which prompted us to ask our guest about the condition of the car when it picked him up). We actually had to give the driver a lint roller because the dog hair in the backseat was so bad. Same coffee spill and dog slobber, plus the back of the driver's seat was coming off. Just unacceptable. We were picked up 5 days later by a different driver, and while the car was a bit cleaner, it wasn't up to what we expect from a $120 limousine service. I called the company after the second ride because our flight home was cancelled and I needed to reschedule the pickup to the next day. What I find really annoying is that, even though I reported the two problems, the car that picked us up wasn't much better. Plus there was no offer of any discount or adjustment for the filthy conditions we endured. I definitely won't be using this service again as they don't seem to care about the conditions of their cars. I normally wouldn't be this harsh in a Yelp review, but the fact they did nothing to address my concerns after the phone call is very frustrating.

A text upon arrival at our home 15 minutes early erased any uneasiness about being late. Both drivers were so professional. I forgot the name of the first one, but George picked us up and was a gem. As soon as the plane landed I got a text that George from Kevin Smith was there to take us home. Followed by a picture of him holding a sign with my name. And just like that he was there as we arrived at the luggage carousel. Luggage was quickly retrieved and he led us to the lovely new Lincoln. One of the most comfortable cars with the smoothest ride.
