This is a difficult review for me because there were many positives as well as negatives :( I wanted to rent a party bus for my book clubs 5th anniversary celebration. Calling Chic's, I got a response right away. Never had a problem with management. They were very nice and professional. They sent me a contract and all the information I needed concerning the price, rules for using the bus, the size buses they offer and never had a problem with hidden fees. I even went to look at the bus I would be using and the manager said if I had any problems with the sound system or working the big screen tv's, the professionally trained driver would show me. The day of the event the driver showed up on time (really a little early) patiently waiting for all to show up. I went out to introduce myself and give the bus a final inspection. This is were it went downhill :( They were to supply the bus with water for the whole bus. This is a 30 passenger bus, but only had 18 bottles of water. That was not a big issue because I had purchased enough for everybody (just in case). Then he said the toilet doesn't flush and would need to use a bottle of water to flush anything down. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! THERE ARE 25 WOMEN ON THIS BUS !! Not only that , the driver told me the big screen TV's didn't work! Are you kidding me again!! This was not in my contract. I called the office to complain, they said the tv's DO work! Then the driver said " I just don't know how to work it" ! I told him he should know and needs to figure it out! Thank God it was only a 2 1/2 hour ride, with just a few urges to use the restroom. As far as the tv's were concerned, by time we came out of the show we went to see, he had the big screen in the rear of the bus working. This is a party bus, with 6 screens! One big one in the rear, 4 on each side and one in the front. The people in the front had to crick their necks just to watch the movie we wanted to see for our trip home. Several of us tried to get the other screens to connect to the big screen (even though they were clearly operating), we were not successful :( My biggest issue was, we paid a lot to have a good trip. The driver was not trained nor did he seem to care about the operation of the bus. What also make my rating difficult is he was a very nice guy (I prefer not to say his name). Very friendly, personable and polite and conscientious of our time. Just lacking in those areas that would have made the trip a complete success. One last thing.....the bus had a rough ride. Felt like I was riding on top of the wheels and almost impossible to walk anywhere on the bus without falling in someone's lap. Overall, we had a great time but I doubt if I would use this company again. read more

I contracted Chic's Limo to transport the guests attending my daughter's wedding from the hotel to the wedding venue in Philadelphia. The buses are spacious and accessible. The drivers made the experience special for both the bridal party and the wedding guest. They drove the wedding party to various locations throughout the city for photos prior to the wedding. Then made multiple trips to and from the hotel with the wedding guest. The guest could not stop talking about what a fun experience it was. It snowed that day, so the guests were also grateful for safe transport to the wedding as well as after wedding and a night of drinking. I could not have asked for a better experience. Couldn't have asked for a better time. Pat got me a great deal on their largest bus the 42 seat MONSTER party bus and answered every and any question that I had. Some people only do work on either phone or email, but Pat called when I needed help and emailed every and all pertinent information. The bus arrived 15 minutes early and Gary couldn't have been more respectful. He knew exactly how to explain all of the controls on board and let us have a blast. He drove to Atlantic City in record time without us even noticing it. He also understood that wrangling up 25+ people after a night out in AC could go a little longer than intended and didn't sweat it. From my initial conversation to the end of our celebration, Chic's was a great company to work with. Everyone had a blast and they should expect more clals in the future because everyone in the party now wants the party bus experience and they turned alot of heads in AC. Chic's Limo was responsible for our trip for our wedding. There was a few issues we had with the itinerary but overall the service was great. Things go wrong in weddings and it is to be expected that timing will not be perfect. What was awesome.... So unhappy with this customer service. After getting an email with a quote for a party bus, I called the number on their website and was given an answering machine. So I left a message. Every time I called that number I was given the answering machine. Today I finally reached a person. They were now completely booked for the date I wanted which is frustrating but it happens. But then the man I spoke to on the phone told me that they ALWAYS respond to everyone and that I must've been calling the wrong number. You mean the only number on your website?! The one I just reached you at?! I've never had someone immediately blame me instead of just saying "oh sorry it must've been missed". This place came highly recommended and now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based upon the immediate blame for something as straight forward as their phone number. Our best man gifted us the limo rental for the day of our wedding, so while I can't comment on pricing, or any of the ease of arranging the service, I can tell you about our experience. The Limo-bus was very lux! I was really impressed as I had been in limo-busses before that didn't look half as nice as this one was. The leather seats, and lighting, it really made the special occasion feel extravagant! On the way back from the wedding, the whole party enjoyed the refreshments the drive had cold and ready, and he made sure the air conditioning was all set to help us cool off from the hot weather! Booked the 20 passenger limo bus for my daughter's sweet 16. The driver Matt was a fantastic and safe driver (he's a school bus driver during the week, so he is used to loud crazy kids). The kids loved the bus, the stereo system and laser lights were the highlight of the party. The 20 passenger bus had no problem in my long driveway if the UPS guy can manage so can this length bus. Let me start by saying I consider myself a bit of a party bus connoisseur - weddings, bachelor parties, random trips to weird places, the works. So when we hired Chic's Limousine, the expectations were quite high. And it excites me to share that they absolutely blew it out of the water - probably the best party bus service I've experienced. They were punctual, polite, accommodating, and most importantly safe - without ever taking away from the fun. Our driver was a guy named Tom, who is the absolute man - and dressed as such. We exchanged numbers before leaving, and he was more than willing to do anything to make our experience amazing. By the end I felt like we were buds. The bus itself was also incredible - TV's, aux cord, Bluetooth connection (clutch), poles, coolers, bathroom, etc. It had literally everything you'd ever want for a good time. Nobody wanted the trip to be over, and this was after a 12 hour marathon day of tailgating and football. I had my reservation for a party bus for over two months for my 30th birthday. The night before the driver texts me with the wrong information so I politely correct him, no big deal. The next day the driver shows up and says there is no AC on the bus. He told me to call the company and request another bus, I immediately call the company and they tell me there are not more buses available. The company is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. Booked a 30 passenger bus for a birthday bar crawl. The Photos on the website show the poles and say they have a bathroom. When I booked the bus I asked for the bathroom which you got charged 100$ for. Leading up to the event that's what I thought I was getting. When the bus arrived it was a different company's bus (ace to be exact) it did not have the poles nor a bathroom. This is not what I asked for and if I would of known that I would not have booked this limo. Chic's limo service didn't even call to say they were sending a different company or that this wasn't the bus I thought I was paying for. I reached out to the company today and they keep stating they had to take the poles out for insurance reasons but failed to mention it the whole time I was in contact with them. As for the bathroom they are saying I never requested it, as a quote I received I requested the bathroom and mentioned it again when booking the bus. We went 17 minutes over the drop off time in which the bus driver told us was our grace period but Chic's limo stated they should of charged us 115$ for the "35" minutes we went over. Never again will I use Chic's:. Poor customer service will not recommend to anyone. I would strongly encourage anyone interested in working with Chic Limousine to reconsider. I did not move forward with working with chic limousine because of the rude and unprofessional service I received while trying to secure a bus for a future event. The company required a non-refundable deposit, of at least a third of the total cost before they would provide a contract for both parties to sign and agree upon. They are not good to work with if you are from out of town as they said they would only provide contract at time of deposit if you came into their location and provided deposit at the same time in which you were seeing and reviewing the contract for the very first time. Their prices were about mid-range, but definitely not the cheapest in the area. They were not flexible or accommodating in any way and were willing to turn down business than work with a family that was willing to provide them business for multiple events and for an extended period of time. I would not recommend you work with them as I have no trust that they are reputable company - for all I knew they would take my deposit and never send a contract. I expressed my concerns to my contact and they were okay with me having that perception of their business and sharing this with my closest friends and family and all of you. I strongly encourage you to warn all of your friends and family members in the area that may be interested in working with them that it will be a struggle and difficult to work with them given their lack of professionalism and inability to serve their customers. I would encourage you to work with a different limousine and transportation company in the area to ensure that you receive better customer service than what I received. read more
