Due to covid we had to reschedule our limo date. The owner agreed with the new date and time, but a week before our trip he kept calling us to tell us to move the time for an early pickup because he overbooked the limo. He told us that we need to make sure when we arrive at our destination the limousine needed to be clean because the driver need it to go straight to the other service. He called us exactly 7 times to tell us the same thing. I felt anxious already for the date and having him calling me everyday for me to change the time and remind me about the limo need it to be clean was just unacceptable. He has the best limousine but the most rude service to treat customers, by the way the driver was amazing he told us to relax and enjoy our ride to not rush our plans he was completely different than the owner. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Now for what happened on my wedding day: 1) the drivers did not know any addresses of the church or reception despite the fact we had given them the addresses multiple times in the weeks before. 2) NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING IN ANY "LIMO" it was 92 degrees on May 28, 2016. I can't even begin to explain how sweaty me (the bride) and my bridesmaids were. Not ideal for the picture taking to follow. 3) not one but TWO of our dirty, hot limos broke down. The first one (a midsize Hummer, not even a limo) broke down 3 blocks from my house. The second "limo" blew a tire on 476 so I had to walk down the freaking shoulder of the blue route IN MY WEDDING DRESS. Thank god my father is a superman - he was following us and literally picked me and my MOH off of the side of the road. Clearly these crappy limos are not properly maintained and frankly dangerous. You will pay premium cost for garbage cars that should be in a junkyard. There's more to complain about but I've narrowed it down to these 3 major issues. Please please do not use this company. There were a few hiccups in getting the exact vehicle we wanted, but we did get it at the end of the day for a very good price. The driver was on time and professional, and the car (stretch Escalade ESV) looked great. My friend used this service (same car) for his wedding as well, and had a similar experience. The owner (Ali) is very "old school" in the way he runs his business, but that means he is easy to reach. In summary: you will get a nice car, for a very good price, and the driver will be on time. My husband was too nervous to pin on his boutonniere on the tux and Craig stepped in and did it for him. We had the stretch Maserati- it was gorgeous inside and out, and Rolls Royce Phantom-amazing! On my sons prom nights Ali Baba delivered a vehicle with a broken windshield! It was cracked clear across from on side to the other! Not only was this a bad look but it was dangerous to my son and all of his friends that were riding in the limo. When I brought the crack to the drivers attention he said, "Oh it cracked while I was on 309 on the way here." like that made it any better. I then asked if he notified anyone at the company and he said he let his boss know. Afterwards, I called the boss and his boss said that he was never notified about any crack. Already frustrated and already having paid for the limo, I asked what the company would do to combat my inconvenience and he said "I can give you $50 back, but now i have to replace the whole windshield and that's expensive." He said all of this as if it was my fault that the windshield cracked and he has to replace it. Now this limo cost $450 so $50 was nothing. My sons prom was in April and I still have not received my $50 back. I will never be using this company again. read more

A friend told us they were as reasonable as Uber and a lot more comfortable for the long ride from the airport. The driver met us on time and was extremely helpful and courteous. Ali took care of me like I was his own family. During the whole process, he addressed any concerns I had and did not blow them off. He was very timely in having his driver there for us on time. When the car arrived, the driver treated us like royalty. He opened all doors for us, offered us refreshments. The car was immaculately clean. I felt very safe in the car of the driver, even as he was driving through the city. The day afterwards, both Ali and the driver called me to make sure I was happy with their service and that everything went OK. The day went perfectly. Honestly, we chose them because of selection of vehicles and reasonable rates. 1) Owner is very shady and turns to very shoddy record keeping 2) Don't expect his "free upgrade"- it's not coming 3) We were promised a free hour, which he convienantly decided to forget about. (unfortunately I forgot to have him write it on the quote) 4) the driver "Clarence" was a nice dude and was on time so I can't complain... but he wants his damn tip and he'll let you know it 5) DON'T GET THE ESCALADE LIMO, THE DAMN A/C DOESN'T WORK, resulting a very sweaty and aggravated bridal party ....and the stereo & speakers on a '89 Ford Tempo sound better than on this limo Overall, unless you are really looking for one of his crazy limos, pay a couple of extra bucks and go with a more reputable limo company. read more

I am not sure who they other posters dealt with at Ali Baba Limo but I had a surprisingly pleasant experience. I thought this would be a long drawn out process but instead I saw the vehicle we needed and in about 35 minutes had it reserved and paid for. I couldn't be happier with the process. Driver's should be tipped. Not sure why that was a problem for other posters. Especially one's that are cops. Ali Baba has provided limos to the families of fallen officers on the day of the funerals for free. I know that because I work for the police department and have seen it firsthand.
