Fabulous trip start to finish. Only company to answer the phone and provide a quote despite the fact that I inquired with two other highly rated yelp listed companies. The quote from Conshocken to AC was $175 + 20% tip which was for a pick up at 9:30PM on. Monday night. This Quote was reasonable. The car was a Black very comfy, clean Escalade. The driver was professionally dressed, quiet, courteous and a good driver! I would recommend Philly limo very highly. I don't give many 5 Stars. Thanks for making our ride uneventful! read more

Not a good situation with this company. 1. They were to send me an email with conformation as per our phone conversation. My plans had changed, so my wife and myself didn't need the limo ride to the airport.(PHL) 2. I confirmed we still needed a ride from the airport to home, we went 5 days NO email as per our second conversation, then on the sixth day driving to the airport at 0546 Seattle time 0846 Philly time, they CNXed, our ride. So my wife and I got a taxi from the airport to home, not as comfortable but $45.00 cheaper, I gave the cab driver a healthy tip. read more

Short and sweet, facts only. I called the phone number listed on their website to get a quote for transportation to and from the PHL airport. We live approximately 114 miles from the airport. I was quoted $264 for a sedan and $300 each way for an SUV. I was asked to make the reservation online. Our flight was not for another 5 weeks. 2 weeks later (today) I made said reservation through their website as requested. Price on confirmation came back to $435 to and $466 from the airport to our house. I immediately called the local number and the person I spoke to said there must have been an error and that they will not honor that price. The odd part is that their originally quoted price is within $20 of other limo services in the area that I also received quotes from. I chose Limo in Philly because of the amazing reviews. Unfortunately, I won't even get the chance to see if their service lives up to the reviews. Sorry but I can't recommend Limo in Philly. I even received the cancellation email while writing this review. Well, you can't say they aren't efficient.... Update -- I called another transportation service 10 minutes after receiving the cancellation email from Limo in Philly. The company is in the Philly area and was quoted $5 more than the original quote from Limo in Philly so I booked it on the spot. Limo in Philly, I suggest you take some notes! read more

Excellent service - called less than 24 hours before I needed a car (4am drive to airport). 1) Was perfectly on time 2) Extremely smooth driver (I regularly take black cars, never had such a great ride) 3) Very polite - made sure to ask about temperature, water, etc I fly into Philadelphia often - will be using this service from now on! read more

After having been very pleased with Limo in Philly in the past, I made 2 reservations with them in August for 2 rides in September. I received emails confirming the reservations. No driver ever showed up for the first ride. I called their office at least 5 times while waiting and only got voice mail and a full in-box message. I gave up, called a cab and cancelled the second reservation. Today, I see a pending charge from them for one (not sure which) of the reservations. I sent an email to them today to question it, but the email was "undeliverable". I called the office and got voice mail and the "full in-box" message. Are they out of business? read more

Very impressed. I decided the night before our trip to have a service pick us up when we landed in Philly, since I didn't want to have to deal with kids, luggage, and finding a car. I was worried when our flight arrived 45 minutes early that I'd be sitting around the airport for a while with a baby, but Ebrahim had been monitoring our flight and was waiting with a sign at the bottom of the escalator when we arrived, grabbed our luggage for us, and asked around to help us found our oversized carseat. The car was clean and in excellent condition, and the driver was polite and knowledgeable about the area. We have already arranged to have him pick us up again. read more

I have used Ebrahim twice a week for more than year. Fantastic driver. Very courteous and respectful. Loves a good conversation. Vehicle is always clean. Ebrahim was always on time and reliable. I strongly recommend his service to everyone. He even came all the way to Washington DC during a snow storm to pick me up. I don't know of any other driver that would do that. Simply the best! read more

Just used this service to catch a flight Sunday morning. Loved the beautiful, black Lincoln Navigator. Totally professional driver and service! Highly recommend. read more

I have used this car service several times, they are reliable and friendly and more importantly fair in pricing. Ebrahim is more than accomodating with on time service and always very friendly. Why risk driving when you can arrive to a party with chaffeured car service! Best transport service and they have no problems coming in/out of the suburbs! read more

I called Ebrahim from Seattle to pick up my wife and daughter in Delaware. In no time, the trip was booked and pre-paid, he was on-time for them the next day, he got them to the airport in plenty of time, and they give him a strong recommendation. Thank you, Limo in Philly! read more

Booked last minute when I had a family emergency and had to fly from Florida. Everything was great, there was someone waiting for me at baggage claim. They even were accommodating when I changed my drop off at the last minute. I was driven in a very nice clean suburban. Highly recommend. read more

Service was fantastic! Abraham was great to speak with and accommodated all my special requests. My boss appreciated the quality of car service they provided. We will use them again next time my boss goes to Philly. read more

Great experience. Ebrahim was ready to meet us right at the baggage claim when we arrived (even after slight delay from an unruly passenger). He also promptly arrived on our return trip. Vehicle was clean and was ready to go for me, my wife and my son (car seat was supplied by driver and already installed). Ebrahim was very courteous and I felt he was concerned to get us to our destination in a safe, timely manner. I will surely utilize Limo in Philly for all future trips to Philly and skip the hassle and cost of rental cars. read more

I had to move my 91 year old mother from Philadelphia to Newport, Rhode Island and picked Limo in Philly based on their great Yelp reviews. Now it is my turn. Our driver Rocky was a super driver and a truly nice guy who catered to my mother's every need, gently helping her in and out of the car, offering her snacks and water and carrying many boxes and extra personal belongings including her walker. I was a little nervous about her health and how she would manage the trip, but Rocky made the whole trip easy and pleasant and I would use Limo in Philly again in a heartbeat. read more

Limo In Philly was terrific to work with! My nonprofit had a guest speaker coming into town and I had never used a limo service in Philly before. They were great! The drivers were on time, in touch and did a great job. Even better, when I called the office several times to confirm, Ebrahim was patient and assuring that all would be well. Highly recommend! read more

Prompt, professional, and pleasant. The details for pick up were confirmed to me via e mail the day of the scheduled service. A receipt was e mailed as a follow up. A nicely dressed, articulate driver met us as scheduled and he drove a late model, sparkling clean car. I highly recommend this service, based on personal experience. read more

Just used the service for the 2nd time, this time for travel to and from the airport. They were on-time, friendly, and were just what I expected from a limo service, and the price is very reasonable. I will use them again. read more

We booked Limo in Philly for multiple transfers from Philadelphia city center to two meetings outside the city limits and then to the Philadelphia airport. Booking was very easy-it took only one email-with a reply within 3 hours with a price quote and directions on how to proceed. Once booked, I received a call day before the trip confirming the booking and the itinerary. On day of travel, received confirmation text from driver-as a result no waiting or mix up whatsoever. Car was a very clean suburban. Couldn't have asked for a better car service. I didn't have to think/remind myself to call, etc.. Limo in Philly did everything for me. Will definitely use their service every time I am in Philly. read more

These guys were great. Very friendly and very professional. I hired them for my wife who was flying into Philly and then back out the next day. They were 100% reliable both ways. There was even some confusion (independent of Limo in Philly) at the airport. Ebrahim and his driver were so on top of it. Honestly, it couldn't have gone better. Don't see any reason to ever use anyone else. read more

DISGRACEFUL. I am not a person who rents limos often. I went on their website and tried to book a limo for a wedding transfer. Just needed an hour. I didn't realize it was a 3 hour minimum so I called them to cancel and the woman who answered said in a very snarky voice "next time get a quote before you book" and just hung up. I called back for a supervisor and spoke to a guy who asked me why I needed to speak to a supervisor. I told him the woman hung up on me and his response was to call me a "fuckin$ asshat" and not to call back they are done with me. I did absolutely nothing to provoke such a response not even raising my voice for a second. I am calling BBB. I'm fuming. read more
