She grew up in Northern Virginia, graduated from Robinson High School in Fairfax, and trained at Capital Gymnastics NTC in Burke, VA. Hometown: McLean, VA. My daughter (lvl 7) needed coaches who would push her to limits she didn't seem possible, she needed coaches who didn't tell her she is a disappointment (last gym did), and a gym that actually does gymnastics and isn't a beautified, very expensive, after school child care center when parents are paying a car payment monthly and devoting 20+ hrs/week to. I drive 4 hrs round trip, 5x/week for this gymnastics center, so I 100% vouch for them. If you want your child to not only succeed, but succeed on a national level...then come to Capital NTC. We cannot wait to see what the next few years will bring! #OlympicHopeful

I didn't really know what to expect, so I thought that we could just try it out for a couple of classes and see if she liked it. From the first day I was really impressed. Tatiana is a really great coach, who is very knowledgeable, and works very well with the girls. She is also very good about giving on the spot corrections, which tells me she is paying attention to the girls, and she's making sure they are doing the right technique. My daughter has taken classes here for a year now, and she really loves it. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This is our fifth year at Mosaic Gymnastics, and we absolutely love it here. From the facility to…read morethe coaches and the team culture, everything has exceeded our expectations. The gym is always kept clean and well-maintained. At first glance, the carpet might not look particularly special, but it's actually one of the best I've ever seen. After experiencing so many gymnastics carpets at competitions across the country, I can confidently say the one here is superb. It's soft, springy, and helps protect knees and joints, which is so important for young athletes. Coaches keep the carpet fresh and odor-free--something you won't find in most gyms Coach Tatiana is an exceptional coach who truly understands what it means to develop athletes. She is tough in all the right ways, teaching kids the value of hard work, focus, and self-discipline. My daughter has learned not only skills in the gym but also life lessons about handling both failure and success--because success can sometimes be harder for kids to navigate than failure. Along the way, we've made mistakes, learned from them, and grown stronger together. That resilience is exactly what Mosaic instills. Coach Hyejin is another incredible asset to the club. She may be young, but she is highly experienced and has a gift for motivating kids. She is also a true master of choreography. She has a magic touch in creating routines that perfectly match each athlete's music, personality, and capabilities, making every performance shine. Another thing that makes Mosaic special is the strong community among the girls. They train hard together, cheer each other on at competitions, and form genuine friendships outside of school. The older girls are fantastic role models for the younger ones, and I feel grateful that my daughter is surrounded by such a positive and supportive group of peers. On top of all this, Coach Tatiana works hard to keep the cost affordable for families, which is rare in such a competitive sport. If you're looking for a gymnastics program where your child will grow not just as an athlete but also as a confident, disciplined, and resilient individual--with amazing coaches and teammates--Mosaic Gymnastics is the place to be.

My daughter attended this gym for eight months, and during that time she didn't improved at all they, have two gym the second gym creation story is written below, After I realized that the management had no real plan for developing gymnasts--their only goal was business. Overcrowded classes with highly inexperienced coaches led me to this conclusion. After my daughter switched to Gym I360 and made significant progress, the management of G-Force took an unethical step by hiring a coach from I360 Gym. Their goal was to bring over all of that coach's students--who had been trained for years under I360's structured program--without making their own long-term investment in skilled coaches and proper gymnast development. Instead of putting in the effort to build their own program, they simply set up a separate training space for the "poached" coach and gymnasts, using them for promotional purposes as if they were a product of G-Force's training. Overall, the management of this gym is extremely unethical.

The outside of the place had some graffiti on the wall, and the place seemed closed at first sight. I decided to check the place out anyhow. Walking back into this place of business was different this time around. This time the place was more livelier. This time I didn't get to talk to anyone. This time I was greeted by several tiny eyes looking at me as if I am asked creepy old man. This time I am the old man being stared at. It has been 40 years since I was a kid learning gymnastics. This time I wonder what I am doing here? Even if this place was my old stomping ground from when I was a kid. This time I did see more women here than males. Actually I saw no males in here. I am starting to wonder if this place is now only for girls/young ladies. If this time is this time, then times have indeed changed and so must I. This time will be my last time visiting this place. I felt like the odd man out, because few males walk in here alone. Guess I will join the one legged man down the road..

They only see you as a cash cow, not as a customer (and the membership is twice as expensive as the fanciest gym) and if you complain about anything, they have zero accountability or interest to resolve it. The gym has no limit of people there, they accept everyone, making the experience crowded and not personalized. And yet they don't renovate the facilities nor upgrade their employees. For example, competitions time are scheduled with less than 24h of information. This is unacceptable. They make you drive your child 3h ahead to a far place which is chaotic from an organization standpoint, they put the teams waiting in hallways for to perform less than 2 mins with a team of about 30 people at a time. They don't communicate that they don't want parents in certain areas. There's a woman, Coach Jessica, who treats athletes and parents in a bully and rude way. Both me and my daughter experienced this from her. She doesn't ask, she yells at you, she undermines girls self-esteem and when you complain, the owner's response is unprofessional and protective, instead of acknowledging that there's a recurring issue with this person who works for him. I have never experienced such a poor behavior from a business like this. They post pictures of your kids on their social media without permission and block you from taking pictures of your own child. They shouldn't be in business.
