I called the first week of April to get on their schedule early. Charles started work on Thursday 4/25. After showing up without notice very sporadically and spending most of the time sitting in a rented van in my driveway, I began calling asking for an end date for the cleaning. I wasn't seeing any progress. Ashley gave me the same story every time I called, "just a few more days" "mid next week" and now "it should be done by Monday (Memorial Day)." As you can see from photos - there was zero progress. Pool is still deep green and totally unusable. It's now been four full weeks of the runaround and I'm left scrambling to find another company that can fit me in. I missed out on memorial weekend and had to change my guests' plans. I'm several weeks behind schedule and of course they waited until everyone was booked up, so now I will have to wait several more weeks. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it. Every time I go in my backyard and see my festering green pool, I feel sick. I wish I had started with a new company rather than trying to remain loyal to the vendors the previous home owners used. Huge mistake. And it really pisses me off coming on here and seeing recent reviews - clearly they've been working, just not with the person who booked April 3rd!

He did more in one visit than the last company did in 6. In just a few visits, the pool completely changed from a deep algae green to bright blue. This is no reflection on the company of Clear Water Pools because Dan did my installation on the side and I have been leaking water ever since and Dan won't return my calls. I thought that I was saving money but I haven't saved anything due to I have to pay a leak detection company $600 to find the leak and then pay for repairs. I reiterate this has nothing to do with Clear Water Pools other than they refer Dan as expert with this type of service. It appears that I will learn an expensive lesson.

When I finally got someone named Magen on the phone, she hung up on me mid-conversation, saying they were "only there to teach us how to set up the pool settings." Not what we paid for. Complete waste of time and money. I would never recommend this company to anyone. A good business depended on providing service should accept responsibility and come back to finish the job that was left undone. In this day and age, why would I pay someone $125 for full hour to teach me to push some buttons that I can easily find online I'm OUT $230 and messy pool with messy pool with debris.
