Two years ago, I needed a motor installed, I had to keep reaching out to find out when they were coming, I then didn't get the invoice for over two months. Now, I need another motor already, I was told the lightening must have fried it. I called and ordered the motor with them and asked to get put on the schedule. Now, going on 4 weeks and nothing has happened. I keep having to reach out to them and ask when will the motor be installed. Over a week ago was their last response, I asked and was told the motor "Should have been on the truck yesterday", and then no further response. I have left voicemails and text messages, with no response. They simply do not care.

Was told that someone would call and schedule an appointment. It has been 3 long weeks no call to setup the appointment. When I call to follow up, no one answers. Messages left, no one returns calls. You may be busy, but a courtesy call for a new customer would be nice. I am very disappointed at the customer service with this company. If they weren't the pool builder, I would go else where....and probably will anyway.
