Suggested we break them down into smaller projects to tackle as he mentioned he was already very busy in the area. Unfortunately, this has been my third attempt to follow-up with him regarding the just the quote preparation. I would really like to give the local businesses the jobs but the lack of follow-up signals a lack of professionalism. If this is any sign of what is yet to come, I would be hesitant to do any business with them in the future. Beware! There are other companies out there that would jump at the opportunity for more business in this economy.

I had him cut my lawn two times and everything was great as far as work and the communication. But for some reason the last invoice he sent went to my spam, as if it was sent from a different email account. Long story short he didn't get paid because I didn't receive the invoice until I reached out and asked about it. He sent it to me directly and I paid it. Well I guess he was not happy about that and no longer answered requests to schedule my next cut. Complete radio silence. I had already paid him for the first cut without issue. The second cut's invoice was a weird spam issue. A simple mistake. But then to completely ignore everything after was very unprofessional. Like I said the work he did was great. But that weird silent treatment was not acceptable. That is what keeps him from getting 5 stars. The only reason I am writing this review is for the fact that I am in search of a lawn care company again. I am no longer cutting my own grass and when I requested quotes, he was the first to give me a quote which made me laugh.
